Worst service. Their drivers lie. I have a long driveway in quiet settings so I can hear vehicles coming and going as clear as a bell. I got a text and email for the delivery date. I waited all day for a package and the garage doors were open. No delivery and no note. I come to find out the driver reported Customer Not Available or Business Closed. Straight lie. Congress better get off the USPS back because the Post Office is much more reliable than these jamokes. This is not the first time theyve pulled this. They still have 1hr and 2 minutes to honor their timestamp. Otherwise, this review stands. Ill no longer use Fedex.

Obsolete Decay

They usually deliver faster than UPS to my location, which is a plus however... I wish the delivery guy would at least ring the doorbell. Dude just drops the package on the porch and leaves like he doesnt care about the job at all. This is one of the reasons why packages get stolen. FedEx, please train your employees to leave their careless attitudes at home and be more professional or hire someone who actually wants to work. Plenty of people are looking for a job, dont settle for someone who will damage your reputation.

If I could give zero stars I would. VERY POOR SERVICE. Its highly unfortunate that the places I order from decide to ship through FedEx. Each and every single time it comes to deliver my shipments I not only never get notified that theyre out for delivery, I never even get it! Theres always a delivery exception...ALWAYS. For Petes sake, theres something called a DOORBELL. Im sick and tired of having all of my shipments sent back to the FedEx center. Personally, I refuse to EVER use FedEx to mail ANYTHING.

Was expecting a package today and found out that they delivered to wrong address, the rep i spoke with was respectful, she said the driver will go back and retrieve the package and if not today they will deliver it tomorrow, i couldnt take it out on the her she isnt the one delivering the package, but who ever the driver is....... Update: so know one has updated me on my package that went to wrong address, its been 4 days and i was the one that had to keep calling them back, Horrible, Unprofessional.

Same as below--FedEx refused to even guess at an arrival time (morning or afternoon) when I called them, and after I waited at home until 7:15 P.M. to receive my package, did not even attempt delivery to my apartment. It seems that they couldnt be bothered to stop and look at the front door, which would have told them to dial my unit on the intercom. Still waiting for them to try again, but most likely the same thing will happen and Ill have to spend hours on the phone later. Avoid at all costs.

live in meriden got there because they where hiring when i get there the lady told to come tomorrow for an interview when i got there and wait for 2 hours the guy told me that i dont have experience to drive they cant hire me, so why they didt told me that in the first place because i make my self clear my first day that i dont have driving experience and they say o you could be a jumper, but not even that. thks fedex.

My daughter required a specialty knee brace following knee surgery and rehab. It was shipped from CA and was supposed to go overnight to her athletic facility in KY. It was mistakenly shipped to CT. To make it worse, the FedEx driver delivered it to the wrong address in CT and by the time we tracked it down it now was DAYS late getting to the correct address and out of my own pocket!

Try to call FedEx locally. I dont want to speak to a call center rep, I want to speak to someone in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Specifically at their local office. Funneled to a WORTHLESS rep in Latin America that does exactly zero. Not the first time or the second or even the third. I HATE shipping through this company!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE = O stars.

I ordered something that I needed very soon and I was supposed to get it on time but it was very close. I needed it by today and I sat at my house all day waiting for my order and I literally watched the driver go by my house without even stopping.

I am in Derby, CT and had a package shipped from China via FedEx and the Stratford FedEx was the final shipping center to handle my package. Needless to say they delivered it within 2 minutes of their estimated time of delivery! Great Job FedEx!

Most of the time they cant find my house and I get delivery exception notices instead of simply calling me for assistance.
