On several occasions Ive used the "Hold at Location" here. Many times I receive automated calls that packages have arrived when the indeed havent; most recently a package was returned to sender without me being notified it had ever arrived. Often times its hard to get service from staff. Im done using this location, and in turn that means Im not using FedEx for any special shipments requiring in-person pickup or delivery.

This morning I called to see if this FedEx office could scan a document to create an editable text. I was happy to hear they would do the job for 99 cents per page. I then drove downtown and was told that the job would actually cost $7 for the first page, plus $3 for each page thereafter. This "bait and switch" resulted in a waste of time and travel. I wouldnt recommend the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center.

Amazing team in the Burlington store! Called with 2 hr emergency for business cards while driving through to Canada. Phone call, email, service and turn around were spectacular! Excellent, competent, professional and friendly customer service. Ive visited twice now for different things, including arranging international shipping, and couldnt be happier with the quality of the service I got. Everything went perfectly, no confusion or trouble. Compared with trying to use UPS for something previous which was a disaster, this FedEx office has been great.

Was a little worried due to the bad reviews thus far, but everything went great! I just went to ship a package. The service was great, I was asked by several employees if I needed help and they have FREE PACKAGING TAPE! Everyone was nice and helpful.

Yeah I am pretty content with the service. Sometimes I have found myself waiting a while but I think it is because they are pretty consistent on being thorough with each customer and transaction. Helpful folks, for sure.

Scammers, not smiling, bad service, and expensive, you pay for each minute you spend here...Go to UPS store a few blocks north on Winnoski Ave, way more friendly and cheaper.
