I dont understand the bad reviews. This place is great and it always saves me the hassle of going to the main post office. Friendly staff who have always been fair with trying to get me the cheapest price. Plus they offer a lot more than just mail. People are complaining about delivery times but once the package leaves the store, its not something they can control. Blame the mail system, not the business!

Lied to me about delivery. I needed it delivered on a Monday and he guaranteed it would arrive by 3:00 express delivery. Never happened. Checked on tracking and it arrived at the main post office the following day (Tuesday). Still waiting for delivery. Prices were no different than FedEx, but delivery far, far inferior. Stay away!

ALWAYS finds the most inexpensive way for me to send items. Very personable and customer oriented. Im done with the U.S. Post Office. The Mail Room saves me money every shipment.

Seedy little dive. Charged me 50 cents for the privilege of dropping off a PREPAID Fedex package. Thats the first and last money they will ever get from me.
