My name is Tara and I am from Houston, TX. I started using this service a couple of years ago. Initially it all went well. I also got a good tracking number when my goods left NY. The issue started when I had to migrate my nephew from Canada and ship his goods back to Houston and Electronics to UK. His computer to UK arrived damaged for a total loss of $ 1000.00. My agents name is Ali. I sent the pics of before and after and I was told a claim is filed. This happened in November 2016. I was never given a claim number. I often followed up but I was told he was working with the vendor. Finally in July 2017 I was told FedEx has rejected the claim. In June 2017, I sent goods to India. I was able to track my parcel till it arrived in NY. After that I never got a tracking number. Ali stopped responding to text messages, stopped taking phone calls and even stopped responding to my e-mails. When my shipment arrived in India items were missing to be exact 3 item. After a long back and forth and constant follow ups via text and phone calls I was given a phone contact in India for the guy name Mirza. Yet again i was told the missing items will arrive on Monday max Tuesday. That never happened. Now I was told the tracking number given belonged to someone else. After again back and forth I was told my missing items were sent to someone else. On July 12 Ali called me and asked me to send the pics of the missing items and cost. I texted him the information. I still have is text message. He told me at that point he would deposit $$$ of the missing items in my account. To this date/day nothing has happened. He stopped responding to my text messages, e-mails and stopped taking my phone calls. It has been a month since then. I want to advise those who use the service please take pictures of your goods before you send. Insist on tracking numbers and follow through. This guy has given me nothing but the run around and in the end loss of goods/ money. I am never going to use his service ever again nor will I recommend the service to anyone in Houston Metropolitan and New York area.

Horrible experience. I sent some important document with them. They said it will be delivered in 5 days. Now it is 14 days and documents has NOT reached yet. They gave all kind of excuses for the delay and now they are not picking the phone. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES IN FUTURE....
