BEWARE!!! I AM WRITING A REVIEW HERE SINCE MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN STOLEN BY THIS POST OFFICE!!!!! Two weeks ago the carrier left a note in the mailbox for a package and I had called USPS for a redelivery the next day. It did not show up the next day so I call again USPS, and they told me that the carrier didnt scan the bar code on my package so they dont know where it is. I dont know why they wouldnt tell me this the previous day when I was on the phone with them!!!!!!!!! So after multiple calls and waiting and talking to unhelpful staff I was assured that a superviser would contact me to figure out what was going on!!! Well, the only people who called me were individual staff members assigned to look for packages at this post office. I got a call from them at 8:30pm (they work overtime to find the packages that they lost) asking me if I got it. They asked for tracking number multiple times. I dont know who sent me the package so I dont have a tracking number!!!!! If the carrier had done his job and scanned the barcode on the back of the note he left me, I wouldnt need a tracking number!!! They are so disgustingly lazy and have no remorse or shame! When I went to this post office in person to inquire, the superviser laughed in my face and rolled her eyes at me when I told her I didnt know who sent it to me and I dont have a tracking number. They dont care about you or your belongings at all. I went again yesterday and I asked to talk to a superviser, of course they told me they are not there yet. It is always something with them!!!!! I asked them multiple times, please figure out which carrier worked on this day to deliver my package and nothing!!!!!!! How simple is it to solve! At this point, I am sure the carrier does this on purpose and they have stacks of "lost" packages that they have stolen! They probably think that after a while people will get tired and forget about it. This is how they steal peoples packages with no shame!!!! NO ETHICS OR REMORSE! There are hundreds of people with the same problems with this post office! MY ROOMMATES IPHONE AND DIPLOMA WERE ALSO STOLEN!!!!!!!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE ALL LIARS AND THIEVES. DO NOT TRUST OR BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY!!!!!! THEY ARE INCOMPITENT, LAZY, AND LIARS!!!!!!

They never answer the phone. There have been countless times when they left a notice downtstairs about attempting to deliever my package but I know its a lie because Ive been home expecting my package. This is the laziest, rudest most inconsiderate branch ever. Even when you schedule a redelivery they dont always deliever. Whenever I do get my packages its always the same man so when I dont get them I know hes not working. Im not about to walk 5 blocks with a 25lb package thats why I PAID for shipping. They really need to get their act together and at least ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE. Paying more for shipping from ups or fed ex is definitley worth it because you know they will actually try to get your package to you. If youre new to the neighborhood goodluck.

The worst customer service, they don’t care about your package, I was expecting my package and they didn’t knock the door or something and marked it as undeliverable as addressed, and 20 minutes later marked as delivered left with individual and now I don’t know where’s my package at.. nobody knows, I really dont know the way they work but fr people if you have another choice beside USPS, just choose it because USPS only have lazy ass people working there, that only want easy money and aren’t aware how to provide and excellent service. Disappointed

This post office has failed to deliver my packages several times and say they "attempted" to deliver them, but I have been home and they dont even bother to leave a delivery notice. This is the worst of them old. I have even rescheduled deliveries, have gotten confirmation notices and still fail to deliver my packages. I have called to speak to people at the location and call center and not only do you wait on hold for over 30 minutes, they are nasty and rude, and cant even help you with your issue.... I say it again, the worst location of them all.

every single time i have something delivered by usps trucks driver THEY NEVER EVER GET OFF THE TRUCK, theirs cameras in my buildings and theyll always say "left notice, no secure place to leave" HOW?? im the super!! the super!!! theres always someone here! they dont ring your bell, they dont even come into your building. START HIRING PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT THEIR JOB AND NOT JUST THE END OF THE WEEK CHECK. i pay good money for expedited services and always end up waiting a week YOU GUYS SUCK and not to mention some of them are out right rude.

Worst ever yesterday the 15 of march they claim receptacle was blocked that bs bc my mailbox is clear, than said they left a notice where up thier ass smfh.. and than i requested i pick it up no the package was put on the truck it is now march 16 2017 n no package came at all will it even come at all... they always claim no one home i be looking out my window n never see a truck.. bc i was told yesterday no trucks went out due to snow sp how you lie and claim you came n left a note but receptacle blocked pick one

Typical snotty, disgruntled postal workers. No signs indicate what line to stand on. (FYI picking up mail is @ window 4, around the bend.) I dont understand how USPS stays in business with such rude, snotty people. This location is almost ALWAYS packed. If you know you get so much foot traffic, why not move to a larger facility? Instead of making people wait 15-20 minute and then have them fill out the needed form and wait some more? Any business out there...this is NOT how to provide service!

sorry to say but the postal workers that drive the trucks are lazy I had a package delivery for Saturday the driver drove by where I live and just kept going then he put that he left a notice how can he leave a notice if he never stopped to see if I was home or not. Happens to be I saw him pass by then I checked the website and saw that he said said he checked to see if someone was home but there wasnt anyone home. stop being so lazy some people need their packages on time thats your job.

If I could give it no stars I would! WORST MAIL CARRIERS EVER!! They claim to make delivery attempts, but really dont! I have actively been tracking packages while waiting for them at home and mysteriously miss them/go deaf when they "knock". Oh and Heavens forbid you lived anywhere past a 3rd floor, youre not getting your packages. Attempted delivery slips, yeah right! Pay the extra fee and have UPS or FedEx drop off your packages. Must be nice getting a govt check for doing nothing!

Lately my letters look like theyve been tempered with and i havent been getting some of my checks. My job confirmed that they had mailed my check so i called this post office to ask them about my missing check and the person who answered my call was so rude!!! She wouldnt even let me explain the situation..... My neighbor has also been complaining about their missing checks also. This never happened with the old mailman... either the new mailman is not doing his job well or ....smh
