One of the most inefficient post offices in Bergen County. The postal workers carry out their routes completely at their leisure, sometimes bringing your mail items back to the office because they want to get home sooner. They constantly miss delivery dates and lie about package locations. They have marked items as "location not secure" or delivered while they still have them at the office or cant find them; essentially using it as their go to excuse for all postal lies. If you try to pickup the item yourself, they will consistently feed you more lies and send you in the wrong direction. You will end up playing a game of tag, chasing your items to and from your home and post office until it makes its way into your hands days later.

I always try to avoid getting packages through USPS because of how poorly Cresskills Post Office. Out of all the times i have gotten packages sent to me via USPS they have failed to please me 95% of the time. I would understand if they were late a day and gave me good customer service. But thats not even the case. They lie and give a lot of attitude when I go to claim at the office. They have made me run back and forth to multiple post offices for me to in the end find my package there. I am not happy with there service at all.

Mail is delivered whenever. No set time. Could be 5:00 pm, could be 11am. You just never know. I have a slot in door to deliver mail through. Pouring today so they just opened the storm door and let the mail get soaked through and unreadable. I am calling postmaster to complain. For years I used to get mail for same house number but different street. And they got my mail. Only house number the same. Street and name different.

Avoid that short nasty Postal Clerk long haired and glasses lady. Always nasty and mean even when I am respectful and nice to her. Always has to tell me something negative! Tenafly, Alpine and Fort Lee are so much nicer!
