The employees are great! Very helpful and personable. The hours of operation are a real drag. I work 9-5 and if i have a car, I must pick up mail on my lunch hour which means that is the only business I can do. Or wait until Saturday. Would be nice if it opened later and remained open until 6pm.

Very inconvenient for a PO to be closed for 1 1/2 hours during normal business hours. It shouldnt close at all! There are enough employees there that lunch breaks can be staggered and the office can remain open.
