Completely ruined a package I shipped. Box was mangled and items fell out and were not put back in, so I had to issue a refund to my buyer. I didnt insure it, so Im SOL. I guess its my fault for expecting the USPS to do something as unusual and difficult as deliver a package.

Tiny post office. Some employee are helpful others are not. Slow. Usually a giant line.
