Unbelievable how unhelpful and unwilling to do their jobs they are. There are plenty of unemployed and underemployed people in Schenectady that would love to have (and do) a good paying federal job. They need to replace the worthless staff they have and get some people that are capable of running a post office and maintain a pleasant disposition with the people they are paid to serve.

this place is grate ,and more helpful then most USPS branches Ive seen. Ive seen people with their stuff not ready what so ever. no tape .boxes open. unfilled paper work and the employee at this place helps you tape your stuff and go out their way to help.....dont get me wrong iam not a big fan.of jerks who make the line wait longer ,but the people here are grate.

personally I love this post office branch, really have I had to encounter long waits and the staff is always courteous and informed. I would also like to clarify that the United States Postal Service is full self funded, they are not a waste of tax payers money since they are the only agency to generate money.

unhelpful they have had a package of mine for 4 days and will not put it on a truck and send it on its way they say they are too understaffed and over worked i kid you not what a waste of tax payers money

Wish they had one of those automated machines that helped you mail things so I dont have to wait in line to mail a single letter. Aside from that, I received great service.
