I went to request the Passport for my daughter on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 12:40 pm. They called me at the line. It is only one person taking care about the passport. She dont even say hi, or greet me or my wife, and she said where is the application, where is the birth certificate, everything she ask were with attitude, unprofessional, without courtesy and manners. And i told her why did you treat us like that, and then immediately all of the personnel in the USPS jumped on me, then i asked for the Manager to try to resolve the situation, then was worse, she said i disrespect the lady, and they wont be able to expedite the passport for my daughter. They have the wrong thinking about their position in the USPS they acting like the owner of their house, and the client doesnt mean anything for them. Very unprofessional and grotesquely

This place knows theyre the worst, they just dont care. Package was supposed to be delivered two weeks ago and I needed to sign for it so I made sure I was home to receive it. Delivery person didnt bother to knock or ring the door bell, just left the slip on my door. Like most people, I work when theyre able to deliver so I scheduled a redelivery for a Saturday when Im off. Received confirmation that it would be delivered Saturday. Stayed home all day again waiting for someone to come but no one did. Now they are threatening that if I dont go to the post office within the next two days they will ship it back to the sender (who is all the way in the UK). Im so frustrated, they need to hire people with decent comprehension & ability to do their job, as well as operate during hours that are flexible for working people.

I absolutely HATE this post office. Ive been battling with them for at least 8 years about my packages and mail. They never deliver the packages to our door. They claim its not in their policy to NOT knock on the door just leave it in the floor. WHAT???? I have photos delivered in an envelope that say DO NOT BEND but of course the geniuses bend them anyway. I have had to rush out and repurchase birthday party supplies because the package was stolen or disappeared or no one knows anything. You ask you speak to the manager and she has the worst attitude. They need to redo the staff. The lines are always long and slow. Its always just 2 people a nd they move as slow as possible. I wish I could use another post office.

(EN) TERRIBLE! They dont pick up the phone, they dont deliver your package but they say they did. Now I know why so many bad rates for this USPS. (PT) TERRÍVEL! Eles não atendem o telefone, eles não entregam sua encomenda mas eles dizem que entregaram. Agora eu sei o porque tantas reclamações para este USPS.

This post office has been stealing my packages knowing that when you call amazon they will send you the lost item... they always say delivered mean while it wasnt. I have place a note on my door stating not to leave any packages on the door step, but mail person always say oh I left it at the door...which I know is a lie. ... I once place 100 dollars note in a birthday card for my cousin which I shouldnt have done that and it never get to her, I went to the post office to complain and all they said was they will look into it. Hope God will punish the employees stealing our stuff... Amazon has to end with them and deal more with UPS.

Worst most disgusting post office in the history of man I never receive my packages I actually always have to end up returning whatever it is that I bought because they will never bring me my packages I was supposed to take a sleep apnea test at home and have the results ready for my doctor they lost the machine for over a month and I had to reschedule the doctors appointment twice because these morons couldnt do their simple job their ghetto nasty and think theyre owed something everybody needs to be fired from this branch including the manager it is horrible I cant even believe this place is in business its disgusting

Absolutely the worse USPS location!!! The lines are ridiculously long, sitting on line for an hour. They don’t answer the phones, and all the voicemail boxes are full. Today, Friday 06/03/16, I walked in to get my passport done, but the window was “closed for the day “but they operate Monday – Friday. I wasted money on 2 taxis roundtrip just to find that out ….something that could have been taken care over the phone. Emergencies happen, you would think that’s the time to answer the phone and make sure customers are well informed about last minute changes….Nooooo, let’s just screw the customer’s over.

This place is the worse...not only was I home, all day, but the door was wide open as I was working in the garage, 6 feet from my front door...the "update" stated there was an attempt and a notice left....BOTH FALSE..plus no one ever picks up the phone...there is no back up number or voice mail. Last thing I want is to go over there, deal w/eh service and be told its already out for delivery and start the waiting game all over again. *this happens almost every time it isnt the regular rep. What, are they not trained to knock on doors or ring bells?

By far the worst Post office I have ever had to deal with.. This is where you see the broken toys in the world end up. Horrible service where they straight up lie to you about package deliveries etc. Want a lost letter , mail it from here. Want to never get your package without having to go the office and get it while waiting online with a bunch of pissed of homies... go here. Speak english? or common sense... welcome to 10705. Doesnt apply here. THeir motto should read WELCOME TO THE POST OFFICE NO GO F!@# YURSELF Good luck ...

Boo whooo... So you waited in line. I swear when the world ends, a lot of people will be surprised to find out it did not revolve around them. I have had nothing but great experiences here. Yes I had to wait in very long lines every time Im there, but once I get to the counter they have treated me great. Even going above and beyond to make sure I recieve my packages. I M new in this neighborhood and Im glad this is my local post office. Im originally from the Bronx. You want to know what a real bad post office is? Go there.

This has to be one of the worst and dirtiest post offices in the world. They lost my package and tried to make it out to be my fault since I wasnt home. Its a registered piece of mail and they have no accountability measure whatsoever! They never pick up their phone and they always seem to misplace other peoples mail in my mailbox. This is a fine example of why the USPS is losing ground in shipping and receiving, From now on Im having everything mailed by FedEX or UPS.

the workers there have no respect. my mother walked in and was laughed at by the staff when they figured out she couldnt speak english. this is bullying. laughing at someones face because they do not speak a certain language is ignorant, and it just speaks of their character. not saying that everyone is like that, but three employees there in particular, two asian men and a black woman. theyre behavior was just disgusting and petty. 0 stars if you ask me.
