Worst post office I have ever been to Understaffed SLOW Not knowledgeable 2 Examples I had a LIVE animal shipped to me, due to the nature of the package, the Postmaster called me directly to let me know it arrived. When I went to this pathetic post office, I waited in line....saw a window rep...told him I received a call regarding a shipment. His response was, "are you sure... I dont believe you the postmaster doesnt call anyone"... I said, go ask her then...it took a few minutes and he said...wow thats new to me... Today, I went to this post office because an Amazon order that was due to arrive Sunday was "UNDELIVERABLE" due to my address...despite the fact I have things shipped from Amazon all the time! I went, waited in line... I explained the situation when I arrived at the window... they said - we dont deliver Sunday (USPS has been delivering for Amazon on Sundays for about a year now I believe) I didnt have my ID on me so he wouldnt even look to see if it was there...he told me I should come back at 11 AM because it probably was not there I got my ID, went to another person...and WOW I GOT MY PACKAGE... MY ADDRESS was 100% correct - yet the driver flagged it as UNDELIVERABLE... P.O.S post office Worst BY FAR

One particular employee brings this place down for me. I came here to have my wedding invites sent out, the older man who worked the front told me that forever stamps would be enough postage. He however was wrong. Apparently square envelopes need .70 cent postage, after reaffirming with him that the forever stamps were enough they were sent out. Four days later they began to return to our home. Now 3 weeks before the wedding and we are STILL getting them back in the mail. When bringing more invitations back to send out again we learned that it happened again to someone else. Now I dont think this man should be fired, its a mistake, but should be removed from the front if he continually makes this mistake. I will not be returning to this location to mail letters or packages, I suggest anyone who sends out wedding invitations not go here as well.

Horrible, the worst post office Ive known in NYS never do they pick up the phone, the carriers are always different when delivering my mail, On some days they dont even deliver any mail to my address and when they do the mail is thrown on the floor instead of inside the mail box and finally they have stole my checks. I have put in several complaints and nothing has been done about. My next move will be to sue the usps. I am tired of this post office.

They are the worst experience ever in my postal service experience.... They never pick up the phone ... I lost a lot of mail ... even if I have a tracking number shows that it is delivered still didnt receive it , looks like they steal the packages or throw them in the garbage... who can I contact to find out where is my package??? I really need help to find out who takes my packages ....

The entire company is flawed. From the mail delivery to the customer service dept. Horrific service and attitude. They make promises they dont keep. It takes 35 minutes just to get them on the phone, if you get them at all. Weve had numerous issues with them, including no pickup of your outgoing mail, when they said they would. I only hope someone comes in and straightens them out.

The worst customer service ethics Waited one hour to get my packaged. No multitasking. Just wait on line no management. No one to answer the phone. This is why the postal office is closing down. No caring, no service, no employee, no management. If you lost your job dont question why. The biggest thing that they do have is a attitude. Ahhhhhh

I cant even count on my hands the number of packages that have been lost.. not delivered.. how many times i call and they dont answer. a package was sent to my old address which i already changed the address.. they should be shut down and another yonkers PO should take over,.. im gonna make them pay for my 30$ comic book order!

Yesterday, we waited all day for a delivery, around 4:40 PM I checked the status, it says they try to deliver it at 4:34 PM and there was no safe place to leave it. We looked all over for a notice that they said they place on the mailbox.....no notice found. On my way to the post office now.

Carlos and most employees there are awesome ! I seriously dont know reasons people complain about them, but maybe are just people whos mind are out on the street instead of waiting for their turn patiently. Employees are human. Theyre not machines. Ufff

I recently moved last week. Changed my address to the Bronx and for some odd reason my mail is still showing up at the yonkers address instead of it coming to my new address. They have no write to do this.
