The staff at this post office is by far the worst Ive ever come across. Its 3/21/17 and around 5:30 i made a call and asked to speak to a supervisor. The RUDE lady that Im almost sure lives in someones HOOD refused to identify herself. She only stated she is the supervisor. I asked her why hasnt my package been re delivered when I asked for a redelivery for Saturday 3/18/17 and one for today. She was extremely rude, and she kept putting me on hold while I expressed my concerns and specifically told her I PAY FOR THE SERVICES so she can have a JOB and she may not tell me where I can and cannot leave my package. She hung up the phone and never answered any of my calls. Ive made several complaints to corporate. The wait time in this facility after 4pm is extremely long, Ive never seen a staff come in and assist when the line is overwhelmed. The person who answers the phone is no help, she needs extreme customer service training. Sometimes she answers the phone by saying "hello" as if it were her home. This place needs NEW staff. Where are the write ups? The suspensions? The termination? Someone with that attitude should not be working at a post office. When you call this place you would think youre speaking with a staff from welfare, DMV or maybe rikers Island. Who is running this place? A bunch of hooligans. So yea sweetheart. I will keep making complaints until our voices is heard. Ill gladly wait another hour on the phone with 1800 usps just to tell them how horrible you do your job.

Word for Word exactly as customer (Myrta Torres) wrote a few posts below is my experience EXACTLY AND ALL THE TIME so I actually cut and pasted her review with the exception of I would give it 0 stars if I could. They are the WORST. I hate this post office with all my heart, The people there are liars. Every time i get a package that for some reason instead of being brought to me by UPS like i paid for goes to this post office and never gets delivered to me. With me being home awaiting for UPS to come or anyone with my package post office claims they tried to deliver. When i was home as i mentioned before, plus there isnt any proof that they tried to deliver. I have never ordered anything and not have someone or myself wait for UPS. I track all my packages and know ahead of time when packages are coming so point blank that post office is full of S_ _ _ T!! I shouldnt have to go to post office when i pay for shipping. I give my local post office a 1 star. And i think even that 1 star is too much.

So I was on hold with this post office for 20 minutes to ask about certified mail that was supposed to be delivered to my home...I tracked it and it said it was refused by the addressee...how?!!! I did not refuse anything! Although I was not home at the time of delivery there still was no notice indicating they actually came to my doorstep!!!! After being on hold for 20 minutes and no answer back, I decided to visit them personally. First off, lines were long as hell with only 2 windows open. I ended up standing on the wrong line so when I get to the window the lady (who was very rude) looked at me like she didnt care. SHE EVEN SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS!!!! I cant believe the USPS allows people like this to even be a part of their company!!! And get paid to do a terrible job!!! I am currently on the phone to complain and Im also going to mention all the bad reviews that Ive seen here to them. Something needs to be done!!!! I am a very dissatisfied customer! 0 stars if I could!

By far the most frustrating thing Ive had to go through is with this post office. The employees are inept and do not know how to do their own jobs let alone service someone else. Ive called an dcomplained to the USPS customer service number dozens of times due to packages not being delivered. Dont get me started on the dreadful redelivery service. I had two huge boxes that were supposed to come in and saw a slip instead, on the day it was supposed to be delivered. I was home the whole day AND received other packages, yet the heavier ones never showed. I attempted a redelivery 4 times because they never showed and even that didnt come until a WEEK later because I kept calling and filing a complaint with USPS directly. Even when I called the post office to ask if my package was out for delivery yet the person on the line rudely told me she couldnt find out if it was out for delivery or not and hung up. Beyond fed up with USPS at this point.

I do agree with most reviewers in that this post office sucks big time! But there is the one African American man who works towards the back, last window, who is extremely nice and always wishes me a nice day. The others are female and are typical witches with an attitude. The lines are as most say, forever never ending. Their hours are inconvenient as they open at 9am weekdays and esp. now that they are closed on Saturdays (seriously a post office closed on the weekends... the only day that most working residents can go?). And be careful, folks: I was a victim of upselling recently... meaning that she asked if I wanted insurance on my package and I misunderstood her and nodded yes. When I got home, I noticed that they tacked on an extra 5 dollar charge to a package that did not need it. Just be careful and pay attention or ask them to repeat themselves. They are sneaky! When I got home I was PO (and I dont need Post Office)!!!

If i could give a ZERO RATING I WOULD I hate this location. I was denied my right to send a package the lady was so rude. They are the dirtiest post office ive ever been too. Disgusted by the customer service at this location! Dont recommend to anyone, ever. The lines are crazy and theres only two windows open. No pens ever, i literally had to go to the store after waiting in line for over a hour to buy pens, then was rejected and told she wouldnt take my box. The workers have horrible attitudes and act like they can do whatever they want. Management is horrible. I usually dont write reviews BUT i was so offended by this ladys attitude twords me and the fact that she shut the window and told me she wont take my money and send my package that i had to let this be seen. They are the worst i dont trust them with my mail...

Well.when it comes to deliveries,it is not a pleasant experience most of the times even when I am home it says that nobody was there and they dont even leave a slip.i think the delivery guy for my area have has sexual problems.I have scheduled re deliveries that has never left the store,I have to go personally to pick up my packages.90% of the time.Now,in person I have always been treated with professionalism and respect,I have no complains there.Lines are long when you go on peak times but there is a line for everything in New York so I dont know why people are complaining about that.They just need to get organized and hire capable delivery personal.BTW,the goverment owns the post office.Have you ever been to a government office.they are ugly as hell and out dated.They care about functionality not about looks.
