This got 3 stars because of customer service. It wouldve gotten more if it hadnt been for delivery of packages and mail---that part sucks to the 50th power. Our mailman, more often than not, delivers our mail to the wrong mailbox because hes too damn lazy to put it where it belongs. People expect important documents through the mail, and they never arrive. When calling to verify from sender if such documents have been sent, positive verification is made. I have received magazine subscriptions for the building adjacent to mine, mail for neighbors, and such. I had heated words with my mailman about not getting paid to do his job. All he said was that he thought I could do the favor. Absolutely not! Now, moving on to packages...the mailman left a package here for my neighbor and stuck the orange slip in her door. Hes lucky I was not the one who accepted the package. My neighbor is on vacation. Duh!!! Take the package back to the post office, and put the orange slip in the mailbox!

Customer service is rude and not helpful. I have a po box there and and keep getting someone else mail. So one i saw my name on the box so they arent paying attention of the names. So i took the mail to a counter of a lady she wasnt an open line but just wanted to give her mail in my box belonging to someone else. She told me to go line 9 i stood there for a minute because someone was already there making money transaction so i didnt want to bud in So i went back to the lady and nicely said i have a po box and just want to drop off the mail. She automatically became rude and said go in line. I just put the mail in her window and she pushed it back out onto the floor. I just walked away. I will be moving my mail to another location. I hate going to this location. She had on a darker color shirt than the rest hope she wasnt a lead.

I am a Supervisor at a large company in Utah and we send hundreds of packages a week all across the world. We have never experienced anything like this facility before. They claim they deliver packages and do not do so, then they leave pink slips without even having the package with them. A customer asked where the package was when the mailman tried to sneak the pink slip without anyone catching him. I have asked for the package to be returned so i can send it through FedEx. It now had been 63 days and I still do not have the package or a confirmation that we will be getting this back. I have filed 3 claims, and called this branch over 40 times with no answer or I get hung up on or put on hold for over 2 hours. Tracking # 9410811699000271200532

If I could give "0" star, I would do it just a bunch of people who do not what they are doing there. Every time letters and package get lost for no reason at all, lazy delivery drivers report business closed on apartment building locations, so you have to go there and they never know where your stuff is for several days. The other day they lost my stuff, i went there several days and calling a kind of manager, so the last day i decided to call the manager meanwhile i was doing the line, so he told me your stuff is not here, but i was third on the line so i wanted to finish it "SURPRISE MY STUFF WAS THERE", I called him back and told him " DUDE YOU DO NOT KNOW WTF YOU ARE DOING THERE".

Were not here to evaluate the building and its historical designs, were here to evaluate service and customer assistance. Not all departments are handled efficiently, when it comes to passports its the worse save your time and day. Travel to Connecticut and get it done, I had to renew my daughters passport and it took 2.5 hours to be exact. Two windows available and only one person, addressing the passport line. Mind you its the biggest post office in the area, with the most employees and probably the one that generates the most. Because a renewal can go from $105 dollars or more, so I really dont understand the horrible management.

I really hope everyone gets CANNED from this post office. I paid and sent a package directly from this post office window 1 clerk #33, and my package is no where to be found 2 weeks ago, no one ever answers the phone there, when i showed up in person all i got was attitude from every single one of these miserable people including the new asian guy working the floor, basically saying its my problem since the post office never scanned it and i diddnt pay for insurance, you have to be kidding me. I JUST TOOK AN $120 LOSS BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE.....PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS POST OFFICE. SHIP FEDEX OR UPS

I missed my delivery so I got the orange slip saying I can pick up my package after 12pm the next day. I walked in after 12pm and there was nobody on the floor to help so I waited. After a few minutes of waiting at the window a work walked by and said the pick up station is closed and before I could say anything she walked away. I stood by the window texting and before I knew it the same worker asked "whats the problem" with an attitude and was being very rude so I left. This post office has the worst customer service.

If zero stars was a option I would put it. Their costumer service sucks they are rude as hell and have a nasty attitude problem. I went there to ask a simple question and the lady behind the desk got an attitude with me saying that parcel is closed and I tried asking her the question and she said that if there is no one behind the counter then dont ask the question and not to ask her the question. Like I said I have never experienced before in this post office

They always lying putting a pink slip at your door without having your package with them and saying they missed you. Its all lies they are lazy and do not want to get the job done. Basically want free money. I will continue reporting until I get my package because I paid a lot of money for a reason and will not be paying extra to go take a cab and pick it up.

this is what a post office is supposed to look like! and function like! nice big great architecture, lots of space and service windows. be careful tho most windows are only for specific services which is annoying... line moves well. they have automated postage machines if you wanna use those. lots of p.o. boxes.

These people are idiots they lie my package was left in front of my door and tracking says left with individual packages were stolen and now they say there is nothing they can do who is this mystery individual that got my stuff now I lost my money and my stuff the employee there stole my stuff

Nice architectural building, the interior can use a bit more lighting. The lines move pretty quickly, and the service at the window is pretty direct. Since the agents sit behind a protective plexiglass its hard to hear them at times. pretty good post office. Not a bad place to do bussiness.
