Our experience with this post office facility has gotten worse over time. We drop off at a minimum of 50 packages a week and never have a problem. There was an issue and instead of helping us resolve it they continually gave us the same information like a robot and didnt care for the customers satisfaction. Our dissatisfaction could have easily been avoided had the employee provided assistance instead of stating the same thing over and over again. We will be trying to not use USPS anymore so that we dont waste time or deal with individuals who dont care about local people or local businesses.

Workers seem like they wish they were home watching Tv or something. Zero job dedication! There for the benefits & pay only. Something should be done. We pay their salary and they act like they are doing us a big favor by showing up for work. And they wonder why they are loosing money? Oh, dont worry, the US Govt will bail them out if need be.

Most if not all government jobs are worked by unskilled miserable workers who cant get any other job because nobody in their right mind will hire them. If the scumbags werent working in the post office, theyd be rounding up shopping carts at the local market or collecting welfare...
