If I still lived in the area I would have taken these people to small claims court, and Ive never taken anyone to small claims court. This is not drama, Im serious. I gave them a bunch of delicate computer equipment to ship and they used packing peanuts that fell to shreds in the boxes. When I opened the packages up on the receiving end a fine white dust silted up into the air, everything was covered in an eletrostatically charged flour of peanut pieces. Things were ruined. I was lucky Id taken the time to wrap the most important things in bubble wrap which mostly kept the dust out. So: They used cheap peanuts that turned into a toxic, destroying dust. My guess is that these are the biodegradable peanuts that are supposed to stay in plastic bags. Serious mistake, cost me a lot of money.

I went there to have a package shipped. While the woman began packing my item into another box, as I already had it packed... but apparently wasnt packed good enough, I kept asking how much it would cost. They could not give me a price "until it was packed". I asked 3 times while she performed an elaborate packing job. After 25 minutes, she puts a UPS label on... and I said - Wait! HOW MUCH IS IT? She gave me NO option - they provide USPS, and other shipping services outside of UPS. She then says $108!!!!!!!!! and was unable to break down how much the VERY EXPENSIVE packing job costs.vs. the actual shipping. I OVERPAID and walked out. NEVER AGAIN.

Long story short: they owed me a refund on a late package. After offering me the refund and telling me it might take a little while for it to clear, I called after a week, when nothing was showing on my credit card. Guess what - they had no record of the previous conversation, and they dont do credit card refunds, so I have to wait for a check to arrive in the mail. They claimed UPS makes them do it this way (I called - they dont) and refused to be flexible in any way. I will never use them again.

Terrible place. Dont go here for notary if you expect people to read and speak English. "Notarist" wrote on the form in the wrong place AND refused to notarize because he is unable to read English and hence, the form.
