HORRIBLE SERVICE THEY NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER!!! SPOKE TO 3 PEOPLE AND THEY ALL CLAIMED THAT MY JOB WAS CLOSED MIND YOU I WORK IN A 24 HR BAKERY HOW CAN IT BE CLOSED THEN THEY SAID I WAS NOT THERE ... WHEN I CALLED FROM MY JOB AND IT WAS JUST THEM DROPING OFF I DIDNT NEED TO SIGN ANYTHING BUT IN ANY CASE ANYONE COULD HAVE SIGNED. THEN THEY SAID SOMETHING HAPPENED AND THEY CLOUDNT LEAVE I ASKED WHAT AND SHE SAID ITS LOCKED SHE WOULD HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME 2ND PERSON TRIED TO TELL THE SAME THING AND FINALLY SAID NOTHING THEY CAN DO NEXT DELIVER IS IN 2 DAYS THAT IS MONDAY {EXPECTED 14 OF SNOW ON MONDAY REALLY I DOUBT THAT } I CALLED BACK AND 3RD PERSON TRIED TELLING ME THE SAME THING AND FINALLY ADMITED THAT DRIVER DIDNT WANT TO LOOK OR WAIT FOR PARKING SO HE LEFT AND IF I WANT SATURDAY DELIVER IT WILL BE EXTRA $$ I SAID WHY IF IT WASNT MY FAULT SHE SAID THATS HOW IT IS. NEVER EVER WILL I HAVE SOMETHING SHIPED THRUOGH FEDEX EVEN IF THE COMPANY USES THEM ILL PAY MORE IF I HAVE TO NOT GO THROUGH THIS AGAIN !

This used to be a very well staffed and managed facility but FedEx cut back on staffing and moved some of the better people to other locations. There is a huge turnover there and everyone seems to be there for a short stay and then they get relocated. This is a very busy location, especially on the customer shipping/pickup side and the lack of staff makes for a very poor consumer experience. Due to the high traffic volume and poor management the location fails to adequately meets the needs of the customer. Management doesnt properly instruct the staff in how to provide acceptable customer service and they dont every respond to a quick burst of walk-in traffic by directing additional staff to man the counters so the line builds and people wait too long. They just dont care about the customer.

Super confusing complex, been there once before to pick up a Newegg order. This time I went to the same spot, and they told me I needed to find another office. They gave me what seemed like clear instructions at the time, even with GPS it took us another 30 minutes and 2 facilities up the side of a freakin mountain before I found "Ground" To save you time, the top of the "mountain" is Express, the middle is Ground (you have to drive into a massive parking garage and take an oversized elevator down 1 floor (50ft) where a security guy lets you talk through a door to get your package, and the Original place is halfway down Fairview Park on the Left its easy to get too.

Terrible. We pay for overnight delivery regularly to ship from LA to NY. In the past two weeks Fed Ex has failed to meet their overnight delivery date/time guarantee three times and today they returned my package after first flagging it as an address error (even though they have delivered there 3x in the past 2 weeks) then they promised to get it rerouted and delivered by 8pm today. NOPE. After calling Fed Ex Customer Service again, come to find out overnight service actually means-- in a few days or when we get around to it.

These people are REMEDIAL! Every time I have something shipped to me and it goes to this location, theres a problem. My package was last attempted on March 30th. They said they will send the package back FIVE BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE LAST ATTEMPT. These idiots sent it back April 1st. I left work early and drive 40 minutes to pick up this package on April 3rd and it wasnt there! Never again. If something is sent to me Ill make sure its not by fedex since apparently this is my home location.

FedEx manager and staff barely helped me track TWO packages that they were not willing (not unable) to ship with bad attitude and I had to pick up my two day shipping 3 days after delivery date was due, 40 minutes away from home. This happened twice in less than a month. Lazy delivery driver whos not willing to go up my building even though it has 2 working elevators. This story had repeated 6 times now...

The worst place. This is the second time Im picking up a package in this location and they always have 1 person doing full service while the manager just stands around doing nothing. After waiting 25 minutes to pick up 1 package, they start to attend other people in line and have me waiting again. Clearly the manager at this site does not know how to run this place.

Horrible. Dropped a package off there. There was no tracking information. I called customer service and had a investigation case opened. Now response. I called back and asked for information. Just told it was passed off to be searched for and to wait for them to contact me. What a joke. Im not sure I will ever use FedEx again.

Horrible. Nightmare. They sent back my replacement phone from AT&T twice claiming that the delivery address is invalid and that I moved from this address. THIS IS MY HOME WERE TALKING ABOUT!!! I LIVE HERE. I get daily deliveries here. Unbelievable. Meanwhile, I dont have a phone thanks to FedEx Elmsford center. Urghhhhh

TERRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE. The people working at this location are rude, incompetent, and apathetic. Fedex please do them a favor and fire them all. Our company spends millions with Fedex and this is the kind of service we get. Ive had several issues with this location. I will never go back.

This is the WORST FedEx I have ever had to deal with, I dont even think they ring the door bell sometimes, every package they try to deliver to me gets at least one door tag saying they "missed" me, meanwhile I worked from home for the sole purpose of getting the package that day.

The fed ex here seems completely unable to understand that a second floor apartment clearly labeled is different than the first floor business. Every single time they deliver a package it takes multiple delivery attempts till the driver picks up on ithis fact Shame on you

Horrible experience!!! Lied and said the package would be delivered by 1:30pm. While waiting, saw the truck pass my building. I called the Fed Ex only to be told their are not drivers available to deliver the package. Incompetent, lazy and rude!!!!!!

There is a lack of sense of urgency. The work speed has a lot to be desired. The parking lot is mostly full when I get there, even when theres hardly anyone inside. Employees should park on the side or to the rear of the building.

Worst FedEx! Employees are rude, nasty, and unhelpful... They asked me what I was picking up, how is that their business?? If it was illegal it would have never made it to them... Next time they ask I say its dildos and vibrators!

Its always a problem with them, I work 6 days a week and Im never at home, if I want to get my package I have to drive almost 50 miles away, no opinions for customers like UPS. Fedex is more for business, not personal.

Idiotic, lazy, and rude people and delivery personnels work at this location. Plus the 1800 number customer service reps are just and bad. They need new management. Walmart needs a new delivery service.
