I was there for 6 hours with my elderly mother while they were trying to fix her dye job that went horribly wrong. 6 hours!!! Still wasnt fixed and they wanted to charge her. They suck!!!!run run run they no nothing about hair. Dont believe the reviews that are good they are a scam

This place is awful! The orientals there have no communication with their customers and do what ever they want. Even with a picture they still messed up. I would advise people not to go there because this isnt the first,second or third time! This place is absolutely horrible!

They overbook and then are stressed when everyone is waiting. Today the owner cut my hair so short even though I told him not too much. He was trying to cut my hair while managing the store. It is going to take me awhile to grow it back. Be careful going there.

Terrible. Unorganized. 20 minute wait (with an appointment)! Stylist blew my hair without cutting it first. I told him I wanted a haircut and he said hed do it after. Never asked me how I wanted it cut or how much to take off. Awful. Never again.

Very Good. They are very nice....busy, so, dont expect to be immediately taken care of....but, they are busy for a reason. I was about to shave my head !! They were the only ones who just KNEW what to do.

Busy salon with very experienced hairstylists, their color technicians are great, go get your ombre or balayage. They are great at blow-drys at a good price.
