So I know that my brakes are bad and I take my car to Cartech and tell me that my calipers and rotors need to be replaced before they can test drive and diagnose further. When I tell them that I have another mechanic that I want to have a look at it for a second opinion I am told that they spent 2.5 hours diagnosing the car and that I need to pay $87 for 1hr of their time. This apparently is giving me a break and not charging me the full amount. I had to pay them to get my car back. Mind you they have fixed nothing. I then take the car to my regular mechanic and he takes 15 minutes to tell me what needs to be fixed and quotes me nearly $80 less then Cartech was going to change me. Moral is go to Cartech if you want to be overcharged. I was never told I would be charged for the estimate until after I said I wanted a second opinion. That is not the way to do business. So insult to injury, my wife is a local real estate agent who had referred me to go to Cartech. After my bad experience and my voicing that I might give them a poor review, the owner of Cartech who was working with my wife has fired her. A true professional would not have such a retaliatory response as one has nothing to do with the other. Is this really the kind of experience you want? Then go to Cartech.

My coworker from Ellenville Hospital referred me to Cartech. I was definitely greatful because my car needed extensive work. I had my struts, breaks, front calipers, inspection and more done. Brendan and his team were professional, and the wait times are short. Definitely affordable and thorough with there inspection of my vehicle. Bredan and his team earned the trust of this Mother of 3 with limited funds, to continue bringing my car back for maintenance.

Great spot .. reasonably price .. did excellent work on my tie rod ends. Experienced extreme shakiness in the front end, Brandon looked over car, gave me an honest diagnosis and a great price! Had the car back in less than 24 hours. Probably would have had it sooner but I had to work that day. I would recommend Brandon to any one of my friends and family and will definitely be returning to have work done.

Looking for a local shop to do repairs on both of my vehicles. I found Cartech when they were located in Walden. From a basic oil change to brake jobs including cooling system issues were done by Cartech and they always did professional work. Not once did I feel overcharged. Honesty and internationalism is hard to find. I wish they had never left.

I bought a car from brandan he added on $300 to the car because I owed money to his matco tool guy I just wonder what other things he dose to the customers I would never send any one there to me that is bad bussinedd
