Feb 7th; 2017 8PM Called the place asking if there was waiting time and they said no. Went there with my two kids and one of the workers tried to turn us away by saying that it would take a while because she was about to go on a break. I left my daughter there and took my son and ran a few errands while her break finishes. I come back without my son asking for a hair cut while my daughter is getting her work. The same lady worker visibly not happy to see me again she said that she was on her break and cant take me now. I calmly said, no problem how much longer is your break, 20 minutes she said, I smiled and said no problem I will wait. Another customer walks in..now she is really not happy. She says to him off the bat, it will be a minimum of 45 minutes. The man didnt ask how long..she however kept hammering her point away till he got up and left. What was really bad is the look and smile she exchanged with her co-worker after she drove him to leave. 20 minutes later I was done. She really didnt have to send customers away...I feel bad for the owners.

The staff here are fast, friendly, and very professional. At least some of the staff have been working at this same site for 7 years, so that shows that the working conditions and morale are fairly good. I like that the hairdressers take cues from the customers and dont engage in too much conversation if thats what the customer seems to want (like myself). But if the customer wants to talk, they can oblige. Another plus is that the facility seems well organized and the tools are neat and tidy. Unlike other locations, theres no fumbling around for misplaced trim blades or cords snagging on the clients or furniture. The only mild frustration is parking--theres a fairly large lot in front, but its often really crowded due to the adjacent restaurants and Barnes & Nobles. But overall, certainly the best SuperCuts Ive visited in the NYC region. Ill definitely go back for my next haircut.

Will never ever go there again !! i went there to get a hair cut. Checked in with one of the 2 women working there. But along comes a friend of one of them and they decide right in front of me to take her ahead of me without even telling me anything. They totally ignored me. They both knew i was sitting there before this other woman came in. I got up and left. I felt humuliated! They are RUDE and Unprofessional.

The lady is a little sarcastic but since I dont take things personally when it comes to taking a criticism (and certainly self improvement becomes ones own choice). I liked my new look and the prices were quite affordable. I will go there again. Pretty good treatment. Just avoid whatever their personal judgemental reviews of the way you look either before or after the change of your hair.
