When I go to Papillons I place myself in the hands of professionals, whether it be a color treatment with Carlos or a cut and style with Igor, I always leave feeling confident and good about myself. The staff is friendly and helpful offering suggestions with their products and any concerns I might have with the condition or style of my hair. I have been with Papillon for many years and they have always done their very best to accommodate all of my needs.

Kristine is the absolute best, she is so talented with color and the kindest person to work with. I give her 5 stars. Encounters with rest of staff, you can feel judged at times by their looks and whispers. Even if you have an appointment they will make you wait 20-25 minutes for a cut. Gina at front desk is too busy to answer questions or maybe Im just not an important client.
