WORST!!!!! This place is the WORST place you can ever go!!!! I can go on and on about howwww unprofessional this place is!! Should I start off by Effie !! This is 3 days before my BROTHERS WEDDING!! He is the manager of great hands hair salon. I had beautiful long hairrrr and had asked Effie to trim my hair for me. long story short, Effie took a BUZZER!! A buzzer that you buzzzzzz someones head bald and buzzed my hair off rather then taking a scissor and trimming it. My hair was long enough to put into a pony tail bun, it takes so long to grow your hair out, he finished my haircut and it wasnt trimmed enough , so I asked him to trim it a little more, and he took a buzzer!!!! And buzzed a full inch off my hair!!! I dont know if he was mad? That I had asked to trim a tiny tiny bit more ?? but he buzzed it all off and then actually told me " its ok its hair it will grow back!!!""" Someone whose supposed to be a licensed hair stylist , pulled my long hair downnnn and took a buzzer and cut it all off where I looked like I was bald on the side and a huge mullet !! He new my brothers wedding was coming in 2 days, he had rushed through it answering phone calls as hes cutting my hair and chopped it all off. Then he looks at me and goes no no it looks better like thissss... I cannot believe how unprofessional that is!! Effie cut my long hair off, he new he messed up!! By taking the buzzer to my long hair! He new he did wrong and the excuse was its hair it will grow back!! Then while Im sitting in the chair freaking out because Im soooo embarrassed about my hair , he gives me a catalog and goes pick another short hair cut and will change it... I had gone to Effie before this with my long hair to do a relaxed treatment keratin. He charged me 3 times and did a half ass job and it didnt work once!! Thennn I needed sulfate free shampoo and conditioner.. I kept saying Effie do you guys have that so the keratin doesnt come out?? Yessss this is sulfate freeeee... I asked him 5 x are u sure?!!! It has to be sulfate freee.. he stated yesss this is all sulfate free trying to literally push me out the door and take my money.. I read the back after asking 5 times and its fullllllll of sulfate!!! I said Effie theres sulfate in it!! That takes the relaxer the keratin all out of my hair! He said oh ok and just went to the next person... lies to sell his products, tells people its sulfate free when its not , it takes the keratin out of your hair .. This was the least of my problems .. chopping off what took 3 years to grow out my long hair and him taking a buzzer to long hair and then telling me oh its fine it will grow back, is the most unprofessional messed up thing to do and say to someone.. I can go on and on about other things, but he kicked me out of there didnt even help fix my hair at the end , he made a bunch of lies and now I feel so embarrassed and upset for my brothers wedding. Do not ever go to this place,where they use a buzzer to trim a tiny bit off your hair... "its ok dont worry it will grow back". So let me cut your hair off Effie it will grow back.. thats what he told me.. unprofessional and should nottttt be licensed

Im very disappointed. I went here with a picture of the color I wanted and it came out looking nothing like it. They also did a keratin and charged me way too much! It didnt even last a week. I went back 2 days later for them to fix my color and they convinced me to get a gel manicure, chipped the next day and looked like a 5 year old did them. Also tryeD to charge me for a blow out when I went to have my color fixed after they messed it up! I didnt even ask for one! Went here in the past and was satisfied with their service, not this time! Will never go here again!
