they burnt my hair not once, not twice, but three times!!! saying they couldnt get the blond I wanted, meanwhile it WAS the blond I wanted before they put toner ,once they put toner it was orange!! I love the place and staff but they dont give u what U want on purpose so u have to come back, no thanks. I dont care how sweet your staff is. I found a cheaper place in seaford that did what I wanted the first time!!! no toner!! and it came out beautiful bleach blond!!

Concetta is amazing. I have natural dark brown hair. Another salon left me with orange Carmel highlights that did not blend with my previously bleached ends. I went to LaCole hoping I could find someone to fix my hair. Concetta was able to remove all the orange highlights from the top 5 inches of hair and blended in with my blonde ends in one application. I love my platinum ash blonde hair. I am so happy.

Beautiful clean space, friendly staff offering hot coffee while you wait. And the best part is my stylist Steven. Hes a master at razor cuts and short hair! He has great personality and knows what hes doing. As for the other stylist, they all seam to do great work but I dont know from experience. But give them a shot. :)
