The owner, Rob, was a complete jerk. First off, he charged a ridiculous amount of money to store my car after I found out he couldnt do the work. I came later with a truck and tow dolly to tow it home and from the second we pulled in he was rude and insulting and threatened us for no reason. If he had been more respectful from the start, I wouldve kept the car there and had him fix it. Since he wasnt, I refused him the work and paid AAA to transport it somewhere else. Once in the truck, the driver told me about his own experieces dealing with rob, as well as the many people that have complained about Rob and how rude he is. I would recommend people NEVER pay Rob a dime! There are plenty of other places around that came get the job done. Dont ever use prestige auto body and towing!!!!! Worst experience ever!!

I brought my car in for brakes and rotors and was charge over $600. Double what mavis and the brake shop would have done it for and they also would have given brakes with a lifetime warranty. When we spoke to the owner larry, he then said that the other shops do bad work and that he didnt make a huge profit on our job. The work was good, but it was way over priced. On top of the big bill they stopped for pizza when they took my car for the test ride and left the plate with sauce shoved under my passenger seat, along with dirty napkins in my cup holder.

Rude & disrespectful from the start. The man does NOT know how to communicate with a customer. All I wanted was an estimate, but he got annoyed when I asked for a ballpark so I could decide whether I wanted to give the guy my car. He kept saying come back another day. If he was closing, all he had to say was "Im just about to close" or "Im already closed," since it was 5:15. Very annoying person to have a conversation with.

These guys are fantastic. I truly cant say enough. After my accident, John towed my car and gave me ride. The owner and the "miracle workers" did flawless work on my tri-color (PITA) paint job. They are easy going/laid back professionals, and although I hope to not see them in the future (LOL), I would absolutely use them again.

Rob is honest, professional and meticulous in his work. Customer service is exceptional. For an auto body business Im impressed with how clean, decorated and well kept up the waiting area is. I wish I could have all of my auto work done here.

Rob and Rocco took the time to look at my car. They put it on the lift and showed me what it needed and did not try to sell me a lot of unnecessary parts. These guys are the best.
