Horrible.. they broke buttons on every shirt. Literally every single shirt. The worst part is they didnt inform me about the accident. Instead, they secretly replaced the buttons with some random buttons that are different in color and size. I had to find out the buttons are totally ruined when I got back home. It was the worst experience with cleaners ever in my life. The owner refused a full refund and blamed myself for not asking for special service. As a costumer, how would I know which service I should ask for? I just paid for whatever the person at the counter asked me. Never ever go this place unless you want to destroy your clothes.

I have used this cleaners for over ten years and have not once been unhappy with the work done. Nothing has ever been lost, ruined, or late. I have found their entire staff to be on top of things, friendly, and helpful at every turn. The owners, Cindy and Jack, are examples of the best of local business people - they get to know their customers, go the extra miles when there is a rush job, and make it part of their business to give back to the community in a number of ways. I support local businesses whenever possible and this is one that I give 5 stars, hands down.
