Broke 6 out of 11 buttons on my suit (first thing I brought to them) and blamed the buttons. Ive had the suit for 3 years and its been dry cleaned about 20 times by 3 or 4 dry different cleaners and never had a problem. They told me they would have fixed it "as a courtesy" but they didnt have enough buttons so they basically handed it back to me, still charged me for the dry cleaning, and said next time I should bring a better suit with good buttons. Sound good to you?
