Just know that when they say ready "same day" and the woman tells you "any time after 5" she means that thats when their delivery MIGHT show up, not when you can pick up your clothes. She stood and argued that I couldnt possibly expect my stuff to be there by 5:30. But wait. Isnt that after 5? Yes. Shouldnt my clothes be ready after 5 like you said? Yes. Isnt the customer always right? Nope. Not at Yes Cleaners. I would rather wash my clothes in garbage water than deal with the person running this horrific establishment. Stay away from this place. Their customer service is atrocious. Zero stars. Zero likes. Zero competence.

Yall are expecting way too much from a place that handles your dirty laundry. Amy, the woman attending the shop, is abrasive at first but after a few visits will greet you warmly and with a smile. Do you seriously expect your laundry lady to be cheerful? She gets the job done and does it well every time -- end of story. Maybe instead of expecting her to drive the customer relationship, you could actually introduce yourself and strike up the conversation. I did, and now I can say I wouldnt go anywhere else.

The female attendant is incredibly rude, they lost a beautiful cashmere sweater of mine, I gave them a few weeks to try to find it and reconcile the situation, the woman only grew more and more unpleasant with me and wouldnt allow me to speak with her manager for reimbursement. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau.

The cleaning was fine and it is very close to my home but I will never step foot in there again. The woman attendant was disgustingly rude. I couldnt give my patronage to a business that doesnt value customer service. Currently searching for another (any other) place to get my things cleaned.

Tailored my pants. She measured them. I tried them on and way too long. Took them back to be told I will have to pay again if I want the proper length. What a rip off. Wont be back and will be telling others not to return. Con artists and rude on top of it...

Closes at 7:00: who gets home that early? Poor tailoring. If there were another option within a few blocks of my apartment Id go there instead.
