Do not use this cleaner. My wife dropped off a pair of pants and the next week I received someone elses wash and fold laundry in my bag. I called to rectify the situation and evergreen took back the wash and fold and claimed they never got my pants. When I asked how they got my dry clean bag in the first place, they claimed it was floating around their office after an old order and returned to the wrong client who then used it. Even though this explanation was basically made up, Evergreen continued to deny they ever received the pants and offered no compensation. Evergreen even tried to charge me for the other clients wash and fold they returned in my bag and did not reverse the charge until I pointed it out a month later (well after they took back the laundry). I was not looking for huge compensation for the lost pants but Evergreen offered nothing at all. Let this be a warning that if you use this cleaner you may lose your item for no compensation.

Clothes sometimes CAME BACK WORSE than when I sent them out: I had my work shirts laundered here weekly for over a year, along with my suits. Over time the quality of their services severely deteriorated, which was exacerbated by their terrible customer service. I had white custom dress shirts coming back with STAPLES in the actual shirt on multiple occasions and mysterious stains including a persistent brownish sludge. When I asked if they could re-clean my shirt that came back with a stain they resisted, insinuating that I had caused the stain. The point of using this service is to have my clothes come back cleaner, not dirtier with random holes.

So, this is the third dry cleaners Ive tried since I moved to LIC and they are by far the best. I have a cat and she sheds likes crazy all over my clothes. Evergreen is the only cleaners that gets the cat hair off my clothes. They also do a great job de-linting my sweaters. And as for delivery, they are the most reliable cleaners in the area. The others that Ive tried have been either late or they lose/misplace my clothes, but Evergreen had always been fast and reliable. They even delivered during the snowstorm! My concierge thought they were crazy.

The Asian lady is VERY EMOTIONAL and disrespectful. I found out they were overcharging me for my wash and fold. Since they pick up and deliver I had to go back to weigh the clothes for proof and the woman went ballistic- needless to say I wont be coming back.

Evergreen is the best dry cleaners Ive ever been to. The service is AMAZING! The staff is always friendly and courteous. My clothes always come back like theyre almost new. And the seamstress is by far the best seamstress I have ever gone to.

They stained/ bleached 2 garments a $300 skirt and a work blouse and refused any responsibility as they said they had no "proof". If you should have a problem in the future, DO NOT expect any kind of customer service.

They gave my laundry to another customer. Thankfully, that customer was nice enough to find me offline. EverGreen then showed little to remorse after the fact. Happy to take my business elsewhere!
