I have never written a review in my life for this type of thing, but my experience was so bad I felt this was justified. Being new to the area, I made the mistake of entering this place to get a couple of shirts and pants cleaned. Upon returning 3 days later, I was presented with my pants and only 1 of my shirts.The employee servicing me at the time didnt seem to think there was an issue, or more likely didnt know I had 2 shirts, (really speaks volumes about how badly this place is organized.) After asking her to look around, she made, at best, half an effort, and told me, "I dont look for clothes," and let me know to call her manager at some point. I was upset, but stuff happens, I understand. This started an almost month long game of phone tag, where I was met with sighs and the feeling that I was an annoyance every time I called to ask about my lost shirt. At no point did they ever bring up the possibility that it was lost, only that it mightve gone to the wrong person and that theyd find it. Finally, fed up with calling and being told the manager left early every other day, I requested a fair value for the lost shirt. They said they "didnt do that" and tried to push store credit on me. WHY THE HECK WOULD I WANT CREDIT? SO YOU COULD LOSE MORE STUFF? After going back and forth, and ultimately wanting to be done with this mediocre business, I agreed to take around 70% of the shirts value in cash. Im lucky it wasnt a more expensive piece of clothing. Be very wary of this place, neither the manager nor employees seem to care the least bit about the clothing theyve been entrusted with.

I have always had a great experience with this cleaner. Prices are the same as others. Yet, always done on time and if there is a problem (and there was with a zipper on one of my pants).. I appreciated that they didnt pretend like they didnt see it... I think it was Allan who brought it to my attention which was atypical of other places who tend to ignore any issues that could of arose because of them or pre existing. He actually didnt charge me for the item even though I couldnt tell him if it was pre existing or not. I thought that was really fair. Otherwise, like most cleaners.. Comes down to price and your stuff being done right and especially when u were told it would be ready and they were def 5 stars for this as well as going above and beyond which was a nice thing in todays business atmosphere.. I highly recommend...

This is the worst dry cleaner I have ever used. They are extremely rude and impolite to their customers. I will never go back, and I encourage others to take their business elsewhere.
