The worst of the worst cleaner ever. All my four suits that I have put here have shrunk completely and I cant wear them anymore. Once I let them know of the problem and they said they will fix it. Later, they said that they enlarged the suits and charged me $60 dollars for that. Wow, they messed up and said will fix it and charged me again? And when I tried the suits again, nothing changed and I visited here again and their final answer was they cant do anything. They said that kind of the situation is their first time? But I just read the others reviews here and "Joshua van Aalst" had the exactly same problem. What did you guys do with my suits? Did you guys do real dry cleaning or just wash to save costs? You must know I cant wear the suits anymore (please do not say I can fix it by alternating like you guys said last time, I never trust you anymore and why do you guys even try me to do anything else in your store? No thank you). Now I have to either throw the suits away or send them to the original store in Korea that might take a look at the problem and fix it "PROFESSIONALLY." But I have to wear the suits for work everyday from 9am to 10pm from Monday to Friday. The worst of the worst of the worst cleaner in my life. I will never go back to this cleaner and please never put your suits here. The worst cleaner goodbye forever. I will tell everyone around me about this store to help them find another cleaner. Though I have just started using this cleaners, I have to agree with mlavas review. They pick up from and deliver to my building for free, which is wonderful. The cleaning was top notch, as was a pants alteration I had done. Most impressive though was there follow-up to a potentially major crisis. I had the pants for my wedding altered and they were "lost" before reaching my apartment. Absolute had extensive tracking records as to their whereabouts all the way through delivery to my building, so the most likely scenario was that the doorman for my building handed them out to the wrong tenant. Absolute immediately came to my building upon me reporting the problem and continued following up until the pants were indeed found in another tenants apartment. The day before the wedding. Crisis averted thanks to Absolutes terrific exta service.

I brought in a bridesmaid dress with a weeks time to be fitted in time for a wedding.Not only was it not ready in time, but they had not even started the alterations when I was supposed to pick it up. They did a botched job in an hour so that I could leave for the wedding. They made it way too small and did not even fully complete the alteration that we had discussed. In addition, they charged me an obscene amount of money. I will never go back for any alterations and I suggest you do not either. My friend had a similar issue with jeans and I should have listened to her.

I have been using Absolute for the last 6 months. They are great. They pick up and delivery my laundry fast and when ever I call. Most importantly, my clothes come back looking great. Shirts are laundered and pressed great, dry cleaning is always fresh and clean. I am going to try their tailoring services this week - if they are anything like their cleaning services, then it will be top notch.

Absolutely the worst service ever! It took them forever to settle my lost shirt, after calling them 20 time, the owner Mike finally agree to a really small refund to my account. However, that refund has never been given. I have tried to contact the office 30+times now, no call back, nothing. Worst of the worst.

The owner send my coat for a "special treatment" without asking my approval. The price charged wasnt the normal price but rather twice because of the unapproved "special treatment". The price wasnt listed on their price list either. It looks like they will charge you whatever they want.

Dropped my leather coat off 3 weeks ago and still havent received it back. Ive called to follow up 5 times now, each time they promise "it will be dropped off in the next run". Beginning to wonder if theyve lost my coat and if Ill ever see it again. It was a really cool coat too.

They do a great job- I have expensive suites and they cover the buttons so they dont break, they clean and press awesome. For the great job they do they are reasonable. I have never had a problem and I highly recommend them

Terrible experience. Two shirts destroyed by them and nobody gives us a response on the refund, even after 6 personal visits to the store. Disrespectful is a compliment for these guys.

I had a trench coat that thought was a lost cause. I brought it here, told them were it was stained, and they did a great job. Happy with the results and nice people as well.
