Laundry service was good and had a quick return but the tailoring was shocking. My boyfriend actually laughed and said he could do a better job. I dont usually review businesses but I went here because I read a review (on here!) that said the seamstress had done an amazing job on altering a bridesmaid dress on short notice and thats exactly what I needed done. I have posted a photo to show the terrible quality of the work. On the front of the dress there is thread popping out and it was literally 2 inches of fabric sewn together, not a big job. Im taking it to another tailor tomorrow to have it redone. Maybe this is the way things are done in America??? I highly doubt it though.... I just dont want another girl with an expensive dress to have this experience.

Took a pair of work pants in here because I couldnt wash them at home. Completely ruined. I got them home and couldnt do them up, also the length shrunk by about 3 inches. Took them back immediately and they offered to try to unshrink them (not sure how). They did unshrink them but they also completely ruined the fabric as it is all stretched now and is fraying around all edges and seams. I cant wear them anymore. Also think this place is generally overpriced.

They are the best cleaners in Greenpoint. Betty is very friendly and they go the extra mile to make your clothes clean. Betty is also an expert tailor and can do the simplest hem to the most complex suit jackets and cocktail dresses (believe me, she has worked on a bunch of my bridesmaid dresses). They are also fast. They offer same day service as long as you bring in your clothes in the morning.

I love Betty! I get my pants tailored there because Im petite - I need the waist tucked and pant legs hemmed. Betty does a professional job for less than I could find elsewhere, and has never lost or damaged any of my clothes. I also asked her to put in belt loops on my poofy winter jacket and she did that too. Go here for tailoring. The dry cleaning service here is excellent too.

I get all my clothes tailored here, from suits (including sleeve shortening), sweater repairs, and pants without worrying that they will not fit afterwards or get ruined. On top of that all my dry cleaning comes out great - clean and thorough without any damage. Ive been going here for more than 10 years! Love it.

Best laundry service of the five places Ive tried in the vicinity. Best folding (origami underwear), nicest service, clothing never stained. But, they have the highest prices & I cant afford to take my clothes there weekly. Otherwise, I love this place.

Im surprised how fast they are and their service is excellent. Ive been customers w/ them for almost 4 years and theyve never missed a beat. Theyre same day service comes back on the same day! Who would have thought!

Great company. Great service. Great alterations. Need some serious last-minute alteration on a bridesmaid dress. They were able to help me within 2 days. The work (and the price!) were great. Highly recommend them.

I went there to get my wedding dress cleaned. They did a great job!!! The bottom of the dress was really dirty and stained. Now it looks as good as new!! Their prices are awesome too!!!
