My sister had experience with Anthony Funeral Home in her capacity at her church and insisted that you would provide well for my dad – and she was right! From the planning meeting with Lauren, through answering all of our questions, to providing for the service at my parents church to coordinating with the funeral home and cemetery in Syracuse, not a detail was missed. Your experience, guidance, professionalism and caring was very much appreciated. We are so appreciative of your willingness to coordinate with the Syracuse funeral home and cemetery as well. What could have been difficult with important details being dropped, you made seem effortless and perfect. We cannot thank you enough. My dad was a quietly wonderful man and we miss him greatly. My mom is a strong, strong woman, but her heart is broken and feels as if “half of her is missing.” Mom is especially appreciative of the daily email affirmations you’re sending – she has found them very helpful in her grief. We recently buried our child--a devastating loss and mind-numbing time. We went to Anthony Funeral Chapels--its close by, and my parents and aunt and uncle had been buried through Anthony. Mark Anthony was terrific. He handled all aspects of the wake and funeral, was attentive and kind, walked us through all the options, and in general was as good or better than could be expected. He was always available if we had questions or concerns; he and his staff were there throughout the process. I cant say enough about them. During such a horrible time, it means so much to be able to rely on professional, supportive help. Highly recommended.
