With one major exception, we had a great experience with Creative Caterers. The staff were very friendly and organized, and setup was early & well done. They really took the worry out of the food, and we hired an extra staff member as a bartender that worked out very well. The food itself was really quite good, with a good variety of options. They made some items on-site to keep it fresh, and everyone enjoyed it. The disappointment was that *all* of the extra food was tossed into the garbage with no opportunity to save it. We were told after-the-fact that their policy is that all extra food is thrown out. Im not sure why - restaurants allow you take food home with you, and if we had done take-out catering we would have been able to keep the extras. We have never had a caterer insist on getting rid of the extras. My family is the type that saves the disposable tablecloths, so to see hundreds of dollars of food go to waste made many people upset. A family member was planning on using Creative Caterers for their upcoming event, but upon learning that all extra food is thrown out, they went with another caterer that does not. Overall, I really am trying to look at the positives, of which there were many. If you dont care about the extra food being thrown out, then you will have a great experience with them.

I had the pleasure of working with Creative Caterers for an event my company held. Our event was very successful thanks to their attention to detail and their excellent food service. The staff was very courteous and efficient, which made for a pleasant dining experience in the midst of a busy day with over 300 people.
