Chick-Fil-A @ Woodbrook Drive always giving great customer service and is usually pretty fast at getting orders out in a timely manor. Drive Thru could use some work esp at the busy parts of the day. Have been through this Chick-Fil-A where the line has been wrapped around the building for long periods of time. When the drive thru is that long I will usually go inside and get in and out quicker then waiting at the drive thru.

Cashier (very young man) seemed to get a smile out of me sneaking a fry. Kinda made me happy to see the kid get a kick out of that. :) also seemed to smile about the eating ice crem first bit. So nice service. Also food was good and I must say the ice cream seems more home made amd better than other places. Fries also seem better. Food is better at chick fillet.

I cant believe that this place didnt have a nice ocean view! There was no fresh air or natural sunlight! And it was air conditioned too! Completely unbelievable! How am I supposed to enjoy a freshly fried pack of nuggets and fried potatoes without the natural scent of a mountain breeze? Very disappointed!

Another great Chick-fil-A experience. The food is wonderful, the employees are friendly and competent, the restaurant is clean and well kept up, the bathroom is clean and well stocked. Long lines, but they are crazy efficient and it goes really quickly. Love the app too.

This Chick-fil-A is friendly and clean but the food was only ok. Service was fast as usual. They helped carry food to the table since I had small children with me. The food was not very hot. The nuggets and sandwich were warm not hot. The fries were cold.

This location keeps up the quality that is ubiquitous across all chick-fil-a locations. Also similar is the level of customer service. I liked that this store was freestanding, not like the nearby mall location. Also, it has a playground for my kids.

Chick-fil-a is always a good experience and this one is not an exception. The staff is so kind and helped me carry food to my table because I was juggling a diaper bag and baby. They went above and beyond and even brought a baby seat for me!

One of the worst Chick Fil As Ive been to. The drive through is a lost cause unless you have time to wait for at least 30-45 minutes. The staff is friendly enough, but not nearly as helpful as the staff of other Chick Fil As I have been to.

Always friendly! Upgrade your drink for a milkshake in the summer; so worth it! A little crowded during peak lunch hours (11-2) but the wait of about 10 minutes to order and then another 10 to wait for food is normal. Yay chicken!
