I cannot recommend Downtown Catering Company enough. The tasting we had sealed the deal. We wanted a unique menu and Therese designed the tasting menu around our vision- with ample choices within and outside of our upscale southern comfort food menu. We decided to go with items like Chicken and Waffles, Shrimp and Grits, Green Beans (to name a few). We got countless positive feedback all night about how amazing the food was, including "best wedding entrée of all time". So many of our guests had never had shrimp and grits and now they love it. The passed Hors doeuvres literally disappeared. Downtown Catering company was also immensely accommodating and provided seamless service-- even with a few contractual discrepancies (on my side!!) I wasnt even aware of an issue because the staff was so professional, providing flawless service. I highly, highly, highly recommend Downtown Catering Company for your wedding or event!

Downtown Catering Company catered my wedding this Spring and they were the height of friendliness and professionalism, not to mention their menu is absolutely top notch - hands down some of the best food I have ever had! There were so many options to choose from and they worked with my fiancé and me to come up with pairing ideas and were flexible to include some food items that I personally asked for. They were creative, helpful, and accommodating at every turn. I have since recommended Downtown Catering Company to several people in need of catering and have only gotten the highest feedback on their service. You will not regret booking Downtown Catering! About two months ago, we hired Downtown Catering as the caterer and bar tending service for our wedding. From the first day (at the tasting) that we met them, throughout the contracting process, finalizing all of the details, and the actual day of the wedding - they were amazing!! I was so grateful when Therese at Downtown Catering Company agreed to take on our small dinner party for my mothers 80th birthday. After our first meeting I was 100% confident that I had found the right caterer. Therese was wonderful to work with as we were developing the menu. She offered some very creative suggestions for the different dishes and for serving. All of the food was fresh, seasonal, and delicious, and my mother was very happy.
