I could give them 0 stars i would,i dont know what has changed in the last week but management was horrible me and my co-worker who work in the area go to this location maybe 2-3xs a week and almost always its really busy or they dont give a dam about you after youve already payed for your food. There is an older black lady who works there and i guess shes the table buster/drink refiller? anyways she had came to my table asked if we needed re-fills we both said "no thank you were fine" i mean i still had a full cup. After 10 minutes or so im getting ready to leave i walk over to the pickup counter with my friend to get a re-fill and i mean NOBODY even asked us if we had already been helped or if we needed something,,still waiting at this point when the older black lady walked up and said "what can i do for you" i said can we please gt a refill since weve been standing here for 10 min and nobody has cared to ask if we needed anything, she responded "theyre not going to stop what there doing to get you a re-fill thats what im for" I was baffled that she really had said that to me,I told her " this is chick fil a you guys thrive on customer service so why is this any different" she goes " i asked if you wanted a refill when i went to your table" i told her i did not need a refill then thank you.Somebody needs to talk to her about her manners when she speaks to customers & get your management in order!!! Safe to say i will let the BBB know considering nothing has changed at this location.

The owner of the company that I work for will periodically send me to Chick-Fil-A at Waverly place and as friendly and courteous as they all are, they have never gotten my order correct and it is very annoying and somewhat embarrassing when I return back to the office with incomplete orders. Particularly when they get the boss’s order incorrect and he is the one paying for it all. Today, Thursday the 3rd of March 2016 at 0945hrs. was no different. I even ordered the boss’s order separately and payed for it separately and it still was wrong when I brought it back to the office! I ordered two number eights with extra nuts (not there), apparently there is also supposed to be brown sugar and dried fruit with it (not there). Even if I had done inventory on my order before I left I would not have known about the brown sugar and dried fruit that is supposed to be there. In addition, I ordered five chicken & biscuits, two cream cheese bagels, and one chicken and biscuit with egg. They got all that correct. Too bad they couldn’t do that with the boss’s order which I mentioned to them was the bosses order and to please make sure they get it right. So much for that. Next time I go I guess I’ll just have to empty the bag on the counter and spread it all out and itemize it before I leave.

By far the worst Chickfila I have ever been to but its the only one by my house so I go hoping it may be better the next time but its still awful no matter what. And all the people who have to suffer going there agree. Every morning I have to set aside 30 extra minutes of wait time if I want to get chicken minis because it has never once taken then under 20 minutes to serve me or anyone else inside. Even the drive through is almost always backed out onto the road creating traffic it takes so long. The workers are incompetent and almost always have to ask you what you want 3 times just to maybe get it right. Theyre lazy and slow and just do not seem to care at all that they have 15 orders waiting they just wonder around chatting as if their customers do not exist. Most of the time I cant even order because I sit in line for 15 minutes with 3 people in front of me and have to leave to prevent being late to work. Horrible experience every time. You should be ashamed of yourself Chickfila

First time visiting this chick-fil-a. It was extremely busy for 2pm. I guess it is quite popular. The parking lot is VERY small here and there really isnt much in the way of adjacent parking lots either. We had to circle the lot 3 times before some one left and we finally got a spot. When we finally got to order, the cashier didnt put in my request to remove an ingredient that I am allergic to, so it was made incorrectly. When I asked to have them make it again, the person I spoke with just said "well, it wasnt on the ticket, so it wasnt made that way." Like it was my fault. They ended up remaking it because I couldnt eat it, but I still felt blamed. At other Chick-fil-a restaurants, they at least apologize and sometimes even give a refund, free item, or coupon if your order is made wrong. I got nothing. At least the restaurant was clean and the food (once made correctly) tasted good.

I frequent Chick-fil-A around town 3-4 times per week and Im a huge fan. I live a little over one mile from my nearest restaraunt but rarely eat at that location because its always a disappointing experience. Management seems disorganized, employees are not focused on the customer, lines are slow moving, behind the counter (floors and service area) is typically filthy, an assistant manager today (Emanuel) was checking his phone while customers were waiting to order, the cash drawer needed refreshing but took him 4-5 minutes to get the bills needed, always a chaotic environment. My latest visit today was no different. I would rather drive 5 miles to the next closest location but, with living so close, I just grin and bear it. On the bright side, the food is always good.

This morning I ordered a nonstandard breakfast sandwich and got back to my office and realized that it was made improperly. I called back and spoke to Diane and she conveyed her apologies and that she would speak to the employees at the window, but then she went and took my order again and arranged to have a driver bring the order to my office so I wouldnt have to come back in. This is why Chick-fil-A has such high customer rating scores. You go into the store and its obvious how well they train their people. Its so different than going into so many of these other fast food places where they act like theyre doing you a favor by serving you. I am a definite brand fan.

Had a horrible experience with Rob Dyer the franchise owner. There was an issue with an expired coupon (they agreed to accept it and then said no). When I left feedback for Chick-fil-a CARES, I was banned by Rob in retaliation. The food is good, and they usually handle customer issues well, but their reaction to a fairly minor complaint was way over the top. Congrats Chick-fil-a, youve lost a loyal customer. If anyone is looking for Chicl-fil-a, there is one at Crossroads Plaza and inside the Cary Mall. Id suggest taking your business there instead.

The service here is unparalleled in the fast food industry. I was there at dinner time on a weeknight, and the staff was so friendly & helpful! At least 3 employees greeted everyone at our table, asked how we were doing, offered to bring us drink refills. It felt more like a friendly family dinner than a fast food meal. I thought of my last trip to McDonalds on Maynard, & how sullen their employees are - I found myself wanting to bring the McDonalds franchise owner, Rick Richards, to Chick-Fil-A so he could see how a fast food restaurant should be.
