Schenectady labor ready is a better choice than Albany by far. Albany Labor ready has a lady there by the name of Maria that gives the jobs out in the order you flirt with her. I have been first one on the job list and not sent out. She whispers the jobs out and basically causes a environment of chaos. All while the management sits off to the side making small talk. Schenectady the only bad thing I can say is they deal with Qaud Graphics where the temps have to deal with racists and rail ex where you are worked to the bone and talked to disrespectfully.
