I had a 430 appointment i called a week on advance told them EXACTLY what i wanted to get done. I had to leave work early in order to go i got there showed them the style and then told it would take longer and they close at 6 so I would have to wait ANOTHER week and they would reschedule. Never in my life has a salon done this. I will NEVER go there again and would never reccommend it to anyone else. They do not schedule appointments properly and the customer service is disgraceful.

Wow! Ella is amazing. My family never EVER comments on the way my hair looks, but they did today. (and all I really had was a trim). This is the second time Ive been to this salon, and Ella is the reason I came back. Shes like a magician-with a scissor replacing the wand. I highly recommend this shop. Its low key and understated with great service at a great price.

We purchased a Groupon for cut and hi-lites, made an appointment then when my daughter got there was told no time for hi-lites have to reschedule. Im sure this is a bait and switch technique . Not a great way to keep or get new customers.
