Simply awful. Too much to type out but bottom line their lashes might be "more affordable" but they are cheap. Lashes were falling off by just blinking on the same day I got it done. I also had my hair chemically straightened (relaxer) and I walked out with my hair looking the same as I walked in and they charged me full price and didnt even apologize and even went as far to tell me that "it was my fault that my hair didnt straighten" and "just a little pain I just need to get your lashes off so I have to pull". They also had very bad technique on both services I used. I have pictures to prove this but dont want to post my busted up hair on the internet. Disclaimer: I am not a beautician by any means but I have been getting my hair done consistently since I was 16 and I am 28 now so when they start doing things I was always taught you shouldnt do, then it gets a bit bizarre. Just my experience but I thought I would share so if you are going here ladies, pleaasee be careful.

I purchased my Groupon for a full head of highlights and they came out terrible. About a good two inches by my roots is yellow and the rest of it is like a brass color. In addition to that the woman that did my hair (who I believe was the owner) was completely distracted by her phone the entire time. If she wasnt talking on the phone, she was texting. Not once did she excuse herself or apologize for being on the phone. Even when I went to tip her for as I was leaving she was on the phone and just rudely snatched the money from my hand and did not even acknowledge me.

I went for my annual keratin treatment and again it came out amazing! As Ive mentioned in prior years , I used to pay triple the price as some fancy salon, I found Ruth and Simply Natural Beauty Salon via a Groupon years ago and have been a client since. I have thick wavy hair and the process really helps tame it during the humid summer months. I would not go anywhere else for a keratin treatment!

I went to Simply Natural Salon from a Groupon that was offered online. This was the first time going to this salon and I was a bit worried since I was having a cut and color done. Marilyn was my stylist and did a great job, !!! she knew exactly what color would look good on my hair and also gave me a great haircut. I would go back to them again and would recommend this salon to others.

I had very bad experience! I bought a groupon for full head high lights. After the work was done, my roots are still dark and white there are patches all over my head, they have no idea what they are doing! They made me sit under the drier for 40 minutes, my hair is destroyed! Dirty towels, never come back and my hair smelled like an old rug after this.

I live locally and saw a groupon for this location for a cut, color and conditioning. Ruth the owner is very sweet and accommodating. And continues to charge me the discounted prices! My hair receives compliments all the time, now that I have been letting her do my coloring. Been going there a year now.
