If I could give them 0 stars i would. I made an Appointment with a guy for a Balayage and cut. He said it would be around 150 and go up depending on how light I went. I showed up and there was only one woman working. They called me to confirm my appointment and did not mention my stylist for that day was not even working. This random lady had to cut/ dye my hair instead. Even though I had an appointment I had to wait for two people to go before me. Didnt get in the chair until 2:30 when my appointment was at 2. She started to put foils in my hair which is NOT a balayage but it was too late to tell her to stop. It took her 4.5 hours to do my hair because she would stop doing mine to cut another clients. Cut and blow dry and wash were not included in the price. When I went to pay it was $220 without tip. First of all she gave me highlights/ foils NOT even a balayage, but was charging me for one. Even if she did give me a balayage the manager I spoke with on the phone said it would start at 150!!! I only went two shades lighter and didnt even get it cut. Ridiculous price and ridiculous management! Paying for a service I didnt even receive. Asking for my money back.

I was a regular and so were some of my family. My daughter got a terrible cut which made her look like Justin Bieber. She asked for NO layers and got a short cut with layers. Anyone with a 14 year old girl knows that she was miserable. I called. They said that theyd fix it. Both my daughter and my wife agreed that they needed someone else to "fix it". The owner PROMISED me a credit of $35 which I could use for myself and which he would not forget. I asked him to write it down. When I got there several weeks later they acted like they never knew about his. They argued with me. I turned around and left never to return. With $25 a month for me plus cuts for my wife and older daughter on occasion, I figured that they lost about $350 a year over a $35 credit. Not very smart business and certainly not very honorable. You chose...I am obviously writing this very honestly without anger. Im just speaking the truth. I was cheated.

Everybody is friendly and attentive. However, be careful if you want to die your hair. They make you sign a contract saying that they are not responsible if you hair gets damaged, which to me means that they are not professionals. The haircut I got was fine, but they really damaged my hair. Great for haircuts, not too good if you want to change your hair color.

Thay have the most Unskilled hairstylest. My two teen boys had their hair cut in the salon yesterday with two different people and both of them had very bad hair cuts. After they washed their hair last night it looked messy and and the cutting is not smooth and it is jagged. Not sending them there anymore.

As someone who used a barber for a number of years I was hesitant to try a mall location. My opinion was definitely changed after visiting Prestige salon. The service was great and the selection of hair care products they have is equally as good.

My son has been going to Prestige salon for a few years now. He wont see anyone but Tony, never have to wait more than 15 min, professional and polite. Love this place :)

The guys r good who will do the hair cut but the gents in the receptionist is very rude ,they cant even wait for a minute when my card was declined

The best Ive been to, the barber their tony, does a great job and knows what hes doing. He is one of the best! Worth the trip every time!
