My first experience was good, I had a young girl who did a great job. Disappointed that I didnt catch her name but also not sure if she still works there. She is too good for this place. My second and LAST experience here was HORRIFIC. I will NEVER go back and will NEVER refer anyone to them (or atleast specifically this location). I had a coupon for cut & blow. I had a birthday party that night and wanted to look nice. I wasnt due for a haircut but figured cant beat the coupon. No professionalism what so ever. I walked in to a stylist sitting in the chair with her hair dryer trying to warm her up. I had an appointment I sat and waited while a few workers werent doing anything. other people came in and Im guessing were regulars so they were spoken to. Shortly after they finally realized people were waiting but no one knew who came in first or what they were there for. I went got my hair washed which both seats were taken so I had to stand there to wait now too. Finally a women took me and I after I regret not just walking out. She did a horrible hair cut (mind you all I told her to do was trim the bottom a little and my side bang) how can you **** that up?? best part the most important part the blow out...I wanted to cry, scream at this women, and run out the door all at the same time. I have thick hair and she was using a flat brush to blow dry. Everyone knows to use a round brush...The stylist next to us kept looking but never said a word. Now the stylist doing my hair complained to me that my hair was taking too long to dry!!!! and next time she would have to charge me more even with the coupon... are you kidding me??? First off if you knew what you were doing it wouldve went a lot faster Secondly how unprofessional and rude!!! If you didnt want people paying $12 with a coupon then you shouldnt put out the coupons. Mind you its not like I paid before the service I wouldve paid more as long as job was done right. I paid even tipped the women (stupid me) went home screaming and angry. Just to dry and straighten my own hair. WASTE OF MY MONEY and TIME

I took my son the to get his first hair cut here and I am completely unsatisfied with the care he received !!! Horrible and would not EVER recommend anyone to . I wanted my son to have a positive experience and it turned out to be a negative one !!! The woman who washed his hair was very good with him but the hairdresser that was assigned I believe his name was Thomas did a terrible job on his hair ! He seemed as if he had no clue as to what he was doing, he made his hair more tangle and knotted, frizzy then before we walked in!!! My son has gorgeous long curly hair down his back . He is now afraid to walk into a salon

We were a walk in . A simple cut for my teenage son. We waited. 45 mins it wasnt even busy. Then after it was finally our turn two of the three hair stylists decided to take a smoke break and ignore me and my son then finally one of the woman said shell be right with you in a bitchy way then nothing until the third woman who was still helping someone finally finished. Rude and not worth the wait next time Ill go to Supercuts

I asked for a few curls and the lady said $20, she finishes my hair with a full head of curls that I dont like and makes me pay her $35 .It was very unprofessional and a waste of time and money. The lady that was doing my hair also was eating and continuously was dropping food out of her mouth and it was very unpleasant. I would highly suggest to never come here.

I have been going here for years. My hairdresser Jackie is the greatest. You could never tell that I got my hair done at a discounted rate. I have recommended this salon (especially Jackie) to all of my friends and family. I am happy to say that most have listened to me and use all of the hairdressers there. Do yourself a favor and save money and go here!

Cut my hair WAY shorter than I asked for, i asked for below the shoulder blade and they cut it to my shoulders. Hair came out completely uneven, the left side is at least 2 inches longer than the right. Very unfriendly, horrible experience. Yeah the price is cheap, but you get what you pay for.
