when I decide to cut my hair (not often) I have always gone there! Im in their system.... my hair length is very very long and has a little sight wave.... I always go there because its very reasonable priced for the services.. So... I go today get shampoo,cut, and blow dry!!! Love the hair cut ... go to pay and she tells me $55.00!!!!!!!!!!WHAT!!!! For what??????? She tells me the manager said I had curly hair so had to charge me more??!!! In all the times Ive gone there with obviously the same hair type NEVER EVER was charged that price or was told I had curly hair!!!!!!! Soooooo I will never step a foot in there again for being scammed over charged from the manager.... I have never in my adult life had to pay that amount for a hair service at a chain/non private salon!!!! Be warned ask how much it will cost before they even touch you and I wouldnt even go there if that is how a manager is running and ripping people off !!!! There was no price on the board for the reason why I was charged soooooooo much!!!!

Just been there just to get a wash and dry, hair medium length, the person who washed my hair, I knew right then this is not going to work out, but I gave her time to get to the blow out part. Bottom line, she did not know how to blow dry hair, top still wet bottom hair dry and frizzy, I told her and she said Ill get you somebody els. She is a no effort and frustrated person who should not be doing this. The other woman did it right. As I told her thank you and said the other one shouldnt do this, the original one came up and started arguing with me. The manager got the nvilved and defended her employee rather than finding good words to maybe have me come back. I would go back for the one who did my hair right, but because of the attitude of the manager, I wont

Horrible hair cut, not even close to even around my ears. I dont think the lady even knew what a cesar cut is. Dont waste your money here. I am going to have to visit another hair cutter to fix this mess tomorrow.
