I went here when my hair was really long. I had been letting my hair grow out for the first time in a while. My hair was down to my hips. when I came here I asked the woman to only take a little off the bottom to make my hair look neat. I even showed her how much I wanted off at the bottom. She nodded her head like she understood and then said "your hair too long, I cut." And then cut all my hair off and plopped it in my lap. My hair went from being long down to my hips to being so short my hair couldnt past my chest. I started hysterically crying and this woman has the nerve to ask me "you dont like?" No. I dont like. I dont like because that is not what I asked you to do. Dont go here.
