Everything started off good. I purchased a groupon for highlights. I called the lady day before and told her I needed roots done as well. She said would be an additional charge of $45. I said ok. Anyway went all was well. Till she washed my hair. First off my highlights were white and i could see something wasnt quite right being i have red hair. The highlight was so super light it looked more like a frosting instead of a highlight. But what ever i wasnt going to complain being i was doing this process to take the red out of my hair slowly. Her haircut was ok and she was nice but quiet the lady. As the blowdry was done i went to pay my 45 bucks. She tells me 90 bucks. I said why so much. She goes i put a glaze in. First off who told her to give me a glaze. I thought she put a toner in my hair to balance out the bleach in highlights. But boy was i wrong as this was why the highlights were still so white. I never asked for a glaze neither did she ask me if i wanted a glaze. First thumb of rule ask ur customers if they wish to have something done. Who was to say i had the extra money on me to pay for that glaze. Was not happy at all at that. Also my hair is broke in some spots in front from her not taking the bleach out sooner. I will not be going back nor recommending anyone to go there.

Mal servicio no le recomiendo a nadie que vaya la dueña no esta preparada para hacer diferentes estilos de pelo...(al menos eso me dijo ella solo hace cortes para pelo largo el pelo corto no tiene experiencia "solo repito las palabras de ella") Asi que me tube que hir sin hacerme ningun corte y solo perdi mi tiempo en hir porque solo es ella y no tiene mas personal en su salon.

Angela is one of the most professional hair stylist Ive ever met. Im really really picky when it comes to my hair care, I never let anyone do anything with it unless is someone really experienced and meticulous. Angelas been taking care of my hair for 6 years and I have never left that place without a smile on my face, she always makes my day... is actually a kind of therapy for me to go to that hair salon :). I have a really long hair with really nice layers that go perfect with my face shape. My hair looks always shine and healthy and all because of her wonderful hands and products she recommended me. Shes really warm and friendly, positive to the max. I cannot feel more grateful being in her hands. 100% recommended.

Angela is the worst hair dresser ever. I was there in May for a highlights and color but she distroyed my hair from which Im still recovering. She burnt my hair, highlights dissapeared, its a big mess. On top of my head you can see just a little pieces of hair. When I went there I asked her to color my blond hair to brown with highlights but I dont know why she used black color and white highlights. After that I asked her whats going on she said thats fine because after some showers the hair will change.... That never happened. Believe me if you are looking for a professional hair dresser please dont go there. Such horrible damage to my hair.

I purchased the voucher on Groupon for full highlights, cut and styling. The hair color turned out amazing! I really love it, and Im rather picky about getting highlights/coloring done! Angela was nice, did her job very well and time efficient! The reason for not giving 5 stars... I had to pay additional charge, almost as much as the voucher (70 dollars). I needed coloring the roots, it was 60 dollars in addition. So I felt that the voucher was not as great as it sounded. And I would gladly go back to Angela, I just think that at this point I am not able to afford the regular price. Maybe

She does a decent job, but NOT professional at all when it comes to making appointments. It has happened the 3 times I gave it a chance, and out of those 3... in 2 I waited over an hour or 2 and I had to leave because she doesnt seem to respect appointments and takes people as "convenient" as it is to her. Other than that, she does do a good job so go for it if you dont mind waiting long hours!

Avoid it as much as possible.... my hair is horrible went in for highlights and was there for over 4 hrs!! Im surprise Im not bold by so much process my hair went thru KEEP AWAY! !!
