The salon experience at De Beaute is absolutely exceptional. I should know - I have tried to save money by going somewhere else countless times and always end up back at De Beaute. I have been going there for color and cuts since before they opened the new location and continue to be impressed with the level of pampering I get and the professionalism of everyone there. JUSTINE, the stylist who now does my color, haircut and blow-outs, does such wonderful work that I get compliments on my hair all the time. My hair has never been healthier, the color never more natural. Complete strangers stop me on the street to comment on how beautiful my haircut is! Personally, I live for the massage I get when Aga washes my hair - FABULOUS. I would continue to go there for the hair wash alone!!!! Where else can you go and have your hair washed and your head messaged for 10 minutes? By the time I get to Justines chair I am in a coma, Im so relaxed. On occasion I have used Beverly and Vanessa, both of whom are wonderful hairdressers & stylists also. There are very few salons which have such a high standard such that you could not go wrong with any one of the staff or the services offered. Everyone there is committed to giving the clients a top notch relaxing experience. Although pricey, worth every penny. I have never been disappointed with the results and recommend Justine to anyone who wants a meticulous haircut and completely natural hair color. Everyone takes their time and makes you feel like the diva you know you are. This is one salon where you will not feel like just another client in some snooty attitude-intensive salon. No one is rushing you along. Alicia, the owner, has made sure that the whole experience is INDULGENT. Here you get consistent and exceptional attention which is the value added. I can count on getting the results I want each and every time I get my hair done and that is worth every penny. Their spa services are beyond belief, offering a menu and an atmosphere that is both soothing and exceptional. Try getting an appointment for a facial with Annetta (booked weeks in advance) or Joanna or Maggie. I think I have tried every salon in Bergen County and always end up right back at De Beaute. And now they are open on MONDAYS!! I cannot begin to tell you how terrific it is to be able to get your hair blown out on Monday and have it last all through the work week. This salon ROCKS! Id rather spend an extra $10.00 here and come out with the haircut of life! If youre worth it, its worth it. If you want the best, this is it.

A permanent makeup tattoo consultant that has no pictures to show?! Its only a $600 tattoo on someones face next to the eyes....wow, my mom sure can be picky. She should have just let you doodle on her face with a permanent black line. Why have a consultation and no work to show? Are you a student? Have you done a tattoo on someones face before? Is it common to be unprepared and then complain to your boss about the client? A discolored robe that made my mother itch her entire facial. My mother went to ask about the eyebrow tattoos, HANDNT complained and the OWNER said my mother should try somewhere else because they are professional and my mom complains too much. All this said quietly as to not let anyone hear how rude she was actually being. That to me tells me it was deliberate and not due to stress as shed mentioned when she eventually called my mom to apologize. Noted and we wont be back. My mother never complained but the owner came out swinging just the same. I called and told the owner what happened and asked her to call my mother to apologize which she did eventually, but we felt it was a money motivated apology. I have spent lots of money to send my mom there and my mom has spent lots of money there. They should be ASHAMED of themselves. They will not see another penny from me or my mother and anyone Ive recommended this place to will hear about they way she was treated. Shame shame shame on you for feeling too elite to treat customers with respect. This is disposable income, we can spend less somewhere else. You should be HONORED anyone comes to your salon. Pathetic. They also spent more energy removing my review of their salon than giving good service. I guess on Facebook you can swing the reviews in your favor by deleting any negative reviews? Still no mention of what the dark staining was on the robe that made my mothers skin itch AND your own technician tellIng my mother to mention the robe to the owner? Was it soiled and unwashed? Was it hair dye? Was it someone elses cream? Did you wipe something on the floor with it? Really professional as you said. Perhaps a call to BBB or state board will help. Just awful to treat anyone that way especially a loyal paying kind customer like my mom.

Have been going here since before they changed locations so that makes me a loyal customer for 8 yrs. they are HANDS DOWN the best salon in bergen county. the minute you walk into the salon you are treated like royalty (given refreshments, anything you want). the place is super clean and the staff is SO friendly and genuine.. i love EVERY single one of them. all they want is for you to be happy!! each and every hairdresser is exceptionally talented (although some are better than others). rebecca is right, marianna is an AWESOME stylist. some other great ones are eva and eviya (dont know how to spell it but thats how it sounds)... those 3 stylists are probably the best in the whole salon. id have to say marianna is probly the best even though i am loyal to eva because shes been doing my hair for ages and has kept it healthy and alive regardless of my bleach addiction (i always want to be blonder!) i love her!! the hair washing ladies are really nice to, particularly magda is awesome for treatments. shes a sweetheart. definately go to this salon, you wont regret. i even got my mom addicted and she always said she would never leave her old salon! the only down side, i will say, are their prices. they are more expensive than most salons and really rip you off. however, i think its worth it bc you will actually be happy with your results! this is the only hair salon that can satisfy me and im SUPER picky so to me- thats worth the extra $$!

I found this salon online, and have been coming back ever since. I didnt know this place existed until I saw it online and it was not too far so I thought I would try it out and Im happy I did. This salon has a very welcoming atmosphere.The front desk was nice and very helpful as always. I like the layout of the salon and it is clean and organized. My stylist was Daniel and he was kind and knowledgeable while guiding me to a hairstyle I am happy with. Love the cut and Color he gave me .Very friendly and helpful staff. When Daniel wasnt available another wonderful stylist named Nicole stepped in and helped give me a brightness to my hair that I wanted! The salon assistants are very nice and attentive. Wonderful sense of of teamwork and helpfulness all around. Beverages,comfort,friendliness and quality work! Thanks De Beaute!
