If I could give this place a negative 10 rateing i would. This place has very poor customer service. The manager Danielle was beyond nasty. My mother wanted her hair cut, so I suggested that we go to the mall. Saw that this salon was not busy so we chose to patronize it. My mom usually gets her hair cut short on top and leaves back long. The stylist Samantha, said that it would look like two different hair cuts. She was very nasty and did not cut the top of my moms at all. My mother was on the verge of tears because of Samanthas negative attitude! We went back to speak to the manager Danielle and she had even more negative feedback. My mom and I will never go back to this salon. Patrons beware. Do not waste your money or you time at this salon. You will most definitely be disappointed!!

one day the salon decided not to open and i waited two hours for someone to get there because i had a scheduled appointment. the next day when i called the manager she told me it was my fault for not calling ahead to make sure they were opened...even though i had an appointment. when she asked me if i would like to make a new appointment and i said no she abruptly hung up on me...way to run a business.

I have lived in the Poughkeepsie area for 3.5 years. I have a haircut that I have explained to other stylists at other salons and this was the first time the stylist cut and styled my haircut exactly like I wanted. I was very pleased with my stylist and will only go to her from now on. I dont know if I can mention my stylists name so I will just list her first initial (R).

By far the worst haircut Ive ever received. I have the worlds easiest cut; its the same length all the way around. My stylist promptly ignored my instructions, and cut layers. Her nails dug into my scalp the whole time, and she talked the entire time without watching what she was doing. This was a total nightmare! Save yourself the inflated rate and go elsewhere.

My younger brother got a haircut here and it was by far the worst haircut I have ever seen. The lady cut the sides completely unevenly and the front was completely straight. We wanted the haircut to be a little longer in the front so that it could be spiked up with gel but we cant anymore.

They have a great variety of beauty products, hair and makeup. I shop here often, but they really need to work on their customer service. Their prices are good and they have a salon which I have not used, but their prices seem reasonable.

I get all my hair products here; their prices are reasonable. Had my last haircut there & the stylist corrected a cut that was done poorly by another salon. I was very satisfied.
