Me and my fiancée just moved into the area, from Graniteville. With the craziness of the move, I had forgotten to get the past weeks worth of work clothes washed. To top it off, we went on a short weekend getaway, which just added to it. When I realized my mistake, early Sunday evening, I was gritting my teeth at the thought of sitting in the laundromat, and then coming home to finish up unpacking. So, I found SI Laundry Co. & called up, praying they were still accepting same day service! Despite the fact that it was already 4pm, & the fact that they were completely swamped, they still fit me into the busy schedule! When I dropped the clothes off, the place was super clean, and the people were so nice and accommodating, and even helped me to my car later that evening when I picked the clothes up! Customer service at its absolute finest! They took so much stress off my shoulders, so relieved to have found them!!

I have never used any type of pickup and drop off laundry service and I was looking at all the ones that came up when I googled it but I just wasnt satisfied with the reviews of all the other places. I finally came across Staten Island Laundry Company and set up an appointment and had my laundry the same day. It was washed, dried and folded and my delicates were laundered as if they just came from the laundromat. I had over 100 pounds of laundry done within 3-4 hours. I am remodeling my basement right now and do not have my laundry room so I will definitely be using them again. I would also like to add that the driver who picked up my laundry and dropped it off Tony was such a pleasant sweetheart. Worth every penny I spent.

Last week when my washer decided it wanted a week off I was lucky enough to find the Staten Island Laundry Company. It was clean, had plenty of machines available and most importantly the staff was helpful, warm and friendly. The care and attention to detail that I experienced at SI Laundry Company last Sunday relieved all my anxiety about a broken washer. As a business owner who appreciates "old-fashioned" customer service, this is the only place I would ever take my laundry outside my home.
