DO NOT TRUST THEM...LOUSY DISHONEST CONTRACTOR. Nadeer/Nadeem what ever he calls himself is a liar. AFTER I PAID THEM the 1st payment $15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Dollars) They disappeared for over 2 Months. Our written contract states 3 Months to completion. It has been OVER a year and job still not complete. (2) Electrical fires they caused- Nadeer gives endless excuses. 70% all stone/tiles they installed had to be repaired/had popped up within 3months of being installed..Stone that was installed is SLOPPY and non-uniform Nadeer give endless excuses.. Nadeers workers spilled a whole can of roofing tar across the BRAND new stucco facade.. left it there for over 2 weeks instead of quickly cleaning it up and then tried to hide the lumps and bubbles with paint. (Now Roof Actively leaks and is all bubbled up All other individuals who had similar problems with this horrible, contractor please contact me. I WILL be taking them to COURT.. See you in court Nadeer...the judge will love all your endless excuses.

Gave him money before he started stucco job. 1 week in asked for more money, gave him. Third week asked for more. When I told him to complete first phase then Ill give him more, he waited until I was out of town and moved all his equipment out and texted me saying - no money no work. He told me work would be two weeks. Was already into week three when I asked him show more progress. Some days only one worker showed up. Things he promised not delivered. He got aggressive when I asked him to do as he said he would. I dont usually write comments so please listen to me when I say stay away. Also he always wants cash not checks. Red flag number 1. Nadeem or Nad whatever he calls himself is not trustworthy. He promises and promises but never delivers. Pictures on his website are probably google images. Do not do business with this guy. Home advisor recommended him then they said they cant help me because they are just an advertising agency and sent me a link to BBB.

I signed a contract with the person who introduced himself as the president of the company. When I singed the contract I was asked for a deposit of $1,000 which I gave to him in cash and than received a receipt. The day the work was supposed to start he came in the morning and he asked for couple grand more in advance which I refused to give because the work had never been started. I am absolutely appalled with what happened. When I fired Nad I asked for my deposit back which he refused to give. I just want to let him know that I do want my money back (it may be in a form of a check) within two weeks. If that is not going to happen I will be forced to take this issue to be resolved in court. 8/20/15.. City Wide was working in Howard Beach and i saw their work on a number of properties. Customers i spoke with were very satisfied.. We met with Nathan the owner and proceeded with contract and pricing for stucco on 2nd fl front of house. Project started/completed on time. His workers Tony,Luis and Miguel were there everyday on times and cleaned up each day. They were very accomodating to any changes we wanted as project went long. Owner also there everyday to check progress.. would definitely recommend them . The house came out beautiful.... Barbara/Steve of Howard beach.

My friend referred me to this reputable contractor to replace my roof. I called him in the evening. A day later, he inspected my roof and gave me a written estimate, which was very reasonable, more then thousand less then other estimates which I got from other contractors. Within a week, the work was completed. We are very satisfied with the work and the professionalism of the contractor. I cannot imagine a better outcome and would recommend this Company to all our friends and family.

Not only did he stick to his price but he added extra details I did not expect. The quality of the work was exceptional and hes very open minded on suggestions. Nad completed major work outside my home. His work was done professionally and timely. He began the job and stayed until it was complete. I made changes along the way and Nad was very obliging. He is very accommodating and easy to work with always offering suggestions. Its refreshing to see a contractor who still takes pride in his work !! I highly recommend him !

One of the greatest construction company Ive seen so far!!They do great work . Personally having seen . They keep the place like there own. Construct perfectly . Well constructed. always keep material and place clean before, during , and after construction. The contracter does a great job on on planing and designing . I love there work!!!

I choose citywide builkders as my contractor is prices were definetly more competative then others overall.. i did stone and paver work to my house . like any project it has obsticles whatever issues i had i would address it with Nadim the next day issue was resolved overall my experience was great complete satified... thank you citywide
