I had my wedding here over the summer and was extremely dissatisfied. About a month before the wedding we were informed they would shut down the bar after cocktail hour , through the speeches (30-40 minutes) because " they cant take food orders" and it would be "too much work", we begged not to look cheap to our family by doing that and were met with a comment about something being wrong with our guests if they care that much about drinking (at a wedding lol!!) but it happened anyway for about 20 minutes and members of my family told me how they were in disbelief when they were told "the bar is closed" when they tried to order drinks during the wedding. We also said we didnt want speeches and the father daughter dance immediately after our introduction, we were told no, "thats not how WE do things" and literally had to fight to change that. We wanted to take pictures after our ceremony at a park 2 minutes away, but they told me "they dont allow that" because everything has to go on their schedule. This was all so close to the wedding after we paid and sent out invitations so we were stuck. I cried nonstop and wanted to cancel and change the venue so bad. No changes can be made to their system at all, and they would not set up a bar inside the room where everyone was, like other wedding halls do, so the reception area was empty while people stood in a long line at the bar with only one bartender working (and I only had 65 ppl). The cocktail hour didnt even have the food I ordered and cheap food like pigs in a blanket were served at my wedding, so embarrassing. I was miserable, felt rushed around and the people who werent drinking looked bored because dj played tons of slow music even though I asked for upbeat dance music only. To top it all off it rained and it poured though the roof in multiple areas in front of everyone , mortifying. So I just want to make it clear for other brides, its not "just sit back while we do everything", its after you pay us you better sit back and shut up and do things our way. We also paid for 100 people and only had 65, they said they would send us home with the food instead of adding like a chocolate fountain or something, but that was a lie (thats what they claimed they gave me pigs in a blanket for, but my friend took pics of all the food so they didnt serve what I ordered and then lied). When I got my video from their guy a close up my neck and back are taped for a portion of our vows. I barely used their photographer because the day sucked and I was unhappy, I mean our limo door got stuck open in front of all my bridesmaids, it was not a good day for me and a total waste of money, wouldve been better off in city hall or a winter wedding at Windows on the lake when its only 12, 000. 2 stars because not all guests noticed the train wreck and they didnt make us pay the extra 30$ for a case each of special beer (corona and henekin).

Good afternoon Ismael, Tony, and Lisa, It is hard to believe that it is already a week since we had my husband’s seventy first birthday celebration at Ariana Waterfalls. I must take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to you and to the entire staff. My guests were all pleased with your service, and all the attention received. I have received numerous comments about how cordial and attentive the staff was; each person took ownership of the part he or she had to play, and contributed to a successful party that Junior will remember for the rest of his life. I must make special mention of Amanda; everyone is commenting on her warm smile and greeting as they arrived, and the way she said good night and smiled with the same energy at the end of the evening. She added a special touch to the evening’s celebration. As I mentioned before in our meetings, Lisa is such an asset to your business. For as many times that I called with questions or comments, Lisa answered that phone in such a cordial way and I could actually feel her smiling each time, and never rushing me. Lisa handled each call and each interaction as if she owns the business and she knows that its success depends on her. She is the type of person that every owner of a business wants to have as the ‘face’ of the business. Once again, thanks for your support, your ideas and recommendations; and if ever I have to recommend a catering hall, the name Ariana Waterfall will be at the tip of my tongue and will be my number one recommendation. Im glad We found this place for my sister wedding venue. The place is beautiful, And their service was spectacular for our reception! The staff was so friendly and attentive and the hall was just perfect and pretty! We all had so much fun and all of our guests had the best time! The food was absolutely amazing as well! We ordered afghan food and it was very tasty and all our guest love the food...We had no clue about what we were looking for in our wedding but after looking at many places from the East to the West Ariana waterfall was a true God-send. From video to wedding Official, we needed everything ...Special Thanks to Lisa and Ismail and their experience in the industry, which made everything went very smooth the way we want . We were complimented multiple times about the food and atmosphere and it was all at a great price compared to other local competitors. We would highly recommend Ariana waterfall for your wedding and reception ..

We had our wedding here on September 25, 2016. It was absolutely perfect and far exceeded all of our dreams. From the minute we walked into this catering hall we just knew it was the one! There all inclusive package took care of everything. The in house DJ was fabulous and had all of our guests out of their seats And partying the whole night. Our photographer was phenomenal and the pictures came out stunning! Most importantly Tony and Lisa made us feel like family. They answered every question we had and put us at ease that everything would run smoothly and it did! Lisa is fabulous! She made our day perfect! She made sure everything was set up perfectly and there was nothing she couldnt do! She fixed my flowers and even bustled my dress for me! She went above and beyond. Look no further then Ariana Waterfall for yournext affair. Thwy are amazing!

My husband and I got married at Ariana Waterfall on Friday, March 28th, 2014, we had both our ceremony and reception here. If you are looking for a place to have your wedding; Ariana Waterfall is the place. The administrators, and the staff did an outstanding job!!! They all made our special day fabulous, wonderful and above all stress free!!! BRIDES, Ariana will take very good care of you and their vendors, the DJ, the Florist, Photographer, Tuxedo and Limo service outstanding. Ariana Waterfall is your one stop Bridal shop. Oh, dont let me forget the food - our familys and friends are still raving; the food AWESOME!!! You wont regret going to Ariana Waterfall; they will make your special day beautiful!!!
