Came here to get a bodysuit and pants altered. The rude gentleman in the front started yelling at me because I needed my items in two days. Sir if the policy for altered items is more than 2 days or you cannot do it. It is your job and policy to inform me, I do not work there. The yelling and tone was not appreciated nor needed. If I wasnt going away and had more time. I would have taken my items to another place. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The lack of customer service and proffesionalism is grotesque.

first, for all those who thinks prices are great here, its not! can get it much cheaper and with smile. sec, needed my pants altered, before i was even able to explain what i needed to be done, the rude tailor huffed n puffed.....i folded my items n took my business elsewhere! ☆minus! drop your ego a notch down mister,,,theres other tailors in the neighborhood.

Very unprofessional. I understand people trying to make a living in the country but not only was I not able to drop off several sets of clothes to be cleaned, I couldnt even understand WHY he was refusing to conduct business. The suits were worn once and they were wrinkly.l so I really doubt it was the condition of the clothes to be drycleaned
