Great Trainers Mike and John, who happen to be the owners as well. They know their stuff. As soon as my son started going there I saw immediate gains in strength, speed, agility and endurance. It helped him a great deal with his high school sports. Hes now been going there for two plus years and is much stronger faster and has greater stamina then before he started the program. I highly recommend RAF for anyone and everyone both young and old, male or female! Not just for Sports...
